The dates were given, can we get the venues to go with them?
Please no DJ laptop.
Where Mystic and Flip etc??? They fraid they lose face? Lol. No lie i enjoy Mystic and Flip so i’m a bit disappointed that they didnt step up.
Was expecting better djs, like flip, mystik, matthew
maybe they are the “professional engineers” they spoke off.
if i was a disc jockey i wouldnt use DJ in my stage name. Selector Urban has THE most original professional disc jockey name in this line up. Everybody is a DJ this DJ that. In truth id like to see who the real DJ’s are. Who uses actual vinyl, who can actually mix, who has original dub plates if any.
Best local Dj’s for me are Alfie, Smoove, Flip, and sometimes Mystic and RS Digital. Slaughter House is still # 1 in my book. In the 90’s There was a highly anticipated Clash that never really happened at the Q-Club. that was vibes and hype!
The best Radio DJ that Dominica ever had was none other than Dennis Joseph. The best Radio Personality was none other than Dr. Jeff Charles. The best club DJ was none other than your bosom buddy Ted Daley. And the best natural DJ was none other than Tim Durand.
CLEARLY your hayday was in the 70’s and 80’s and early 90’s and your entertainment and club life did not go past DBS Radio.
Great initiative and some incentive to promote excellence in the craft.
