    Hi DNO,

ComeSee TV through Numusiczone asked us to pay US$5.99 to see the eliminations of calypso 2012 and the streaming was so bad…it froze every second and the sound echoed. I e-mailed ComeSee TV three times and no one responded to even at least apologise. To add insult to injury my account was charged the $5.99. I have absolutely no problems paying to watch. It is only fair since people at home are paying. I do have a problem when I do not get what I paid for. So I am skeptical about paying to watch anything from ComeSee TV…and for the information of everyone on here..Numusiczone had the streaming free last night. I caught it late but the quality was good..not great..but you could see the Calypsonians and actually hear what they were singing.

    Thanks for the space DNO.

I don’t have a problem for paying for Quality streaming, but what I saw doing there for the Q95 talent search with his one position home user camera is not worth my US9.99. If you want to do stuff let’s do it properly spend your money and get good equipment and for it charge, whatever his name is there to like to make money on people. He want to stream the world on a $20 camera.

DNO does that mean if I live in another part of the Caribbean I would not be able to sign up to watch the carnival activities since you specified US readers?

ADMIN: the price quotation is in US dollars but you can sign up and watch from anywhere in the world.

I have no problem with paying for online media content. I understand there are costs involved.

However knowing how low and limited the bandwidth is in Dominica, I am not sure that the streams can be guaranteed. I would hate to pay and be left with low quality, intermittent or no streaming whatsoever.

Not one to compare but during the summer you can watch every activity during Antigua’s carnival for free via ABS. I think they do it using internet and tv…even the cricket I watch on there when there’s cricket…all that money my people givivin to marpin on a monthly basis they should be able to help out in that area. $9.99 is a bit pricey and I’m assuming its $9.99 for every show that you want to watch.

You all don’t read carefully? It says “for US $9.99”, so that’s the price, the small fee, whatever you want to call it. Thank you DNO, spread your wings, we will fly with you.

I BELIEVE THE PRICE IS TO HIGH,THE OTHER PROVIDER IS ALSO 9.95,UNLESS ONE HAS A CUT OF PRICE EXPECT A VERY LOW INTEREST.

ADMIN: Actually, DNO has no control over the price. We are simply trying to facilitate streaming of the event for those of you who are unable to attend and would like to see the show.

DNO is that $9.99 for the season? Or is that per event?
