The twelfth annual LIME Creole in the Park will be officially launched on Monday 20th October, 2014.

Although later than is customary, LIME’s General Manager Jeffrey Baptiste said this year was different from any other year of staging the event. “We found ourselves in a unique situation this year with the launching of our 4G network in the market while simultaneously preparing for this year’s LIME Creole in the Park” said Mr. Baptiste.

The LIME General Manager said further that the company had to deliver on its promise to be the first to bring 4G to the people of Dominica and set the stage for the best data experience at this year’s Creole in the Park. “We want to ensure that patrons of this year’s CITP enjoy faster data speeds to upload and share photos and videos while enjoying the Creole in the Park experience at the beautiful Botanical Gardens” Mr. Baptiste said.

Monday’s media launch of the LIME Creole in the Park scheduled for the Fort Young Hotel will see the official video release of this year’s performance line-up which features a mix of local talent and the return of regional acts.

Mr. Baptiste is also promising the public another professionally organized event bringing together all the elements of Dominica’s culture and heritage including music, cuisine and arts & craft at the scenic, historic Botanical Gardens in the capital city Roseau from October 27th to 30th, 2014 from 12 noon to 7pm daily.

LIME invites you to listen live via your favorite radio station from 11am on Monday October 20th, 2014. A link for live streaming will also be shared for those interested in viewing the proceedings.

Skerrit going to announce election date on 27 Oct. Mark my words. And I would not be surprised either if any of his ministers, accusing Lennox Linton will not show up in court again as directed by the Judge. Skerrit wants to show that he decides what is the law and not a simple judge.

Now the opening of this event is going to be upstaged by a Govt. financed labour party rally at Melville Hall. I mr. Skerrit …… or is this his way of saying to people that it is he who is really running things and nobody else and certainly not Jeffrey Baptiste?

And they say, they are going to raise theirs fees from the 28th. They rell us to check their website for details, but I have not seen anything like that there. Why don’t they just announce the intended rates or put it on DNO. Digicl is full of tricks too. They do not keep to their terms and condtions.

I still believe the phone companies in Dominica are rip off, Why when we call a local number and is a different career in Dominica it so expensive is like we’re calling an international country.

Lime continues of late to show total lack of professionalism totally contrary to the lime which was a model corporate entity in dominca under ceos like carl roberts and ian blanchard…….an earlier press release from them stated that the creole in the park line up would have been known today oct 15th now we get another press release offering no apology for misleading the public but just offering a new date in the hope that we would have forgotten the old date smh stupes

I think Lime had two new unexpected wrinkles to consider as they will now have to compete with Douglas Charles on the 27th at their official opening and the Stevens Laville Highway opening on the 30th as they close CITP 2014…… So cut the guys some slack….
