Johnson gave a stunning display of vocal talent at the Arawak House of Culture on Saturday night to secure the coveted title.
In a strong, husky voice with a near perfect pitch, she outperformed 13 other competitors with compelling renditions of Rhianna’s “Russian Roulette” and Jimmy Cliff’s “Many Rivers to Cross.”
