The Voice of Life Radio will be hosting this year’s Summer Creole Gospel Fest featuring the Creole son of Dominica Foster Xavier, Jean-Phillippe Jean of France, and the amazing orchestra of Kompas Celeste on August 7th and 8th, 2010.
The Christian community will be accommodated by having the Gospel Fest spread over two days in two venues: Day one will be held at the Windsor Park Stadium Front Court at 7p.m. and day two will be at the Paix Bouche Resource centre to begin at 6:30 p.m. Both nights will open with a session of Praise and Worship. The show promises to be a blessing and all proceeds of the concert are towards the maintenance of the nation’s Gospel Radio Station.
The artists are scheduled to arrive in Dominica with a contingent from the Martinique congregations at the beginning of August, and will be featured on interviews with the various media houses. The public will be entertained to a preview of the show and an open-air interaction with the band members and artists on Saturday August 7th. The venue is to be later disclosed.
