Times have changed. I remember when Spencer was the oppossition and he was rounding up all Dominicans in the 1970’s and sending them home.

how does a person in opposition round up people? secondly, as a student of Caribbean history and politics, Spencer was not even a politician in the 70s much less an opposition member. you are one of those lester bird/tony astaphan disciples aren’t you? you know the type that’s liberal with the truth and facts? or are you just repeating nonsense? did you also forget that Bird was the opposition for most of the 70s? are you saying Spencer was with Bird those times? the silliness never ends.

What is so extra-ordinary about this particular support. It was already agreed that Caricom as a block of sister nations would give Dominica the support.

Are you kidding me,when it comes for promotion/high ranking positions, Latinos do not support no one but their own, them Latinos do not go against their people regardless of what they do to each other.even though they are flocking to DA, that does not mean that they like us

Dr Etienne you are in my prayers, and if it is God’s will it shall be done

i am happy to see her picture and no one is complaining and wants to sue dno. so why mention about suit because dno posted the picture of dbs former manager marriette warrington. you see how some dominicans are just bias; what is a news item in this time and age without a photo of the subject; people we are in 2012 no in 1220.

I am 200% in support of Dr Ettienne’s bid for the director General of PAHO. I worked under her leadership and I know how dedicated and committed she is to Public Health. Good luck Dr Ettienne.
