Thank You DNO for those pic. You won’t believe I subscribe to Digicel Play TV at home. The closest media house to the Winsor Park Stadium and they could carry the ceremony live.

    What a pappyshow of hypocrisy!

Who on earth would want to be given a medal from Savarin?

In recent times, Toussaint was accused of allegedly being responsible for polluting a river in La Plaine, he found favor with the Government to have an award bestowed on him. Mr. Lockart Sebatien is presently in India flying the flag of Dominica as a West Indies cricket selector, notwithstanding, his many outstanding performances with the bat and captain of the Dominica cricket team, also as an administrator in Dominica and West Indies cricket, no award. In my opinion, because of politics, he will not be honored. It would appear, the worse things you do the more you are honored. Case in point, a Minister of Government is alleged to have physically beaten three men for stealing his produce, instead of an investigation and subsequent arrest, he was chosen to act as Prime Minister. A close friend of Skeritt was accused of polluting a river, he too, was honored. Maybe next year, the radio station boss who allegedly publicly abused a young lady, maybe honored.
