A delegation of 25 students from the Penville Government School, Discover Dominica, the Karifuna Cultural group, and the Midnight Groovers are presently in Guadeloupe to observe Dominica Week.

They will participate in school exchanges, a trade exposition, and a cultural and culinary exposition.

The event is being observed in the largest municipality in Guadeloupe, Abymes.

It ends on Saturday, April 18 with a concert featuring Midnight Groovers.

    get your facts straight dno..karifuna cultural group is NOT in guadeloupe..its time that the media stop calling every group coming from the territory karifuna cultural group..

    ADMIN: This is what the organizers sent us, so that is what we have to go with.
