No tears to be shed. I only ever saw this body as an expensive busy body trying to run Domlec without taking responsibility. They are always on the back of Domlec but never ask the government to lower the price of diesel from Venezuela so they can reduce the cost of their electricity. This is a government body, which costs at least $1.5 million a year to run , paid for by the long suffering Dominican tax payers, and would not be necessary if the government had passed on the benefits of cheap Petrocarib fuel to them instead so they would not have any excuse to charge us the price they do for electricity. Of course, Lancelot could never bite the hand that fed him.
