Met Office warns of weather system

map

The Met Office is warning residents to closely monitor an area of low pressure located east of the Windward Islands.

Development of that system is possible over the next few days and is expected to approach the region by Thursday.

This will result in an increase in cloudiness, showers, thurderstorm activity and gusty winds, according to the Met Office.

DNO will provide updates on this system as provided by the Met Office.

Mr. Skerrit don’t get distracted from the negative comments of last time. Always practice safety for your citizens. If anyone gets hurt because of the storm is now they will say things. Remember we not flat like the other islands. We have plenty landslides and fallen rocks so send people home early enough.
