Former PM Manning, you have done your utmost for T & T. You gave it your all during your tenure. This was a bonus for you when you faced God for your earthly judgment.
Whatever you have done will never be forgotten, It is etched in T & T’s history. You will be forever remembered.
Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen!
May his soul and other souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen!
Lord have mercy! Christ have mercy! Lord hear us! Christ graciously hear us!

Here we go again. Another trip on the tax payers. Lowering the flag as a sign of respect is enough. But did the president and his wife have to travel to Trinidad? No forgetting his ADC.. that’s three airline tickets plus hotel . While people in dominica loosing jobs . People on street hungry begging getting burnt with hot water. Poor decision!!

Do you need this to be explained to you? You should acquaint yourself with these matters and develop broad-mindedness. It is to be expected and is protocol that a member of government represent Dominica at the funeral of one who held such a high position in his country.
Many dignitaries throughout the Caribbean and elsewhere who knew former PM Manning will be present.
If I were one (wished) I would certainly be present. However, I will be present in spirit.
Even though he was a former PM, T & T is in mourning for one of his status. Please let this former T & T PM rest in peace. RIP!
