One of Dominica’s tour companies “Pepper Tours” has joined the list of travel related services that have been recognized by the world’s largest travel site, TripAdivsor, for quality service offered to customers.
The company recently received the “Award of Excellence” from TripAdvisor, earning a position among the best with a rating of 5.0 out of 5.
Owner, Wellington “Pepper” Daway, said he was elated to have received such recognition.
“I am very happy about it and still looking to improve my business,” an excited Daway told DNO.
He said he started the business in 2004 and wants the public to know that even small businesses can earn big awards and recognition for their hard work.
Located in Jimmit, Pepper Tours offers customized tours of the island and customers are treated to complimentary refreshments. Tours are available to various sites around Dominica including the Wotten Waven Sulphur Springs, the Trafalgar falls, and Titou Gorge.
Dominica’s premier hotel, the Fort Young Hotel received the same award for maintaining an overall rating of four or higher out of a possible five by travellers on TripAdvisor.
TripAdvisor’s awards are based on traveler’s review.
