For her participation in a 10-day intensive course in the U.S., Dr. Janet Taylor Dominica chiropractor has now received her teacher’s certification as a Touch for Health Instructor (TFH).

Touch for Health is a simple, safe, holistic method which uses muscle feedback, goal setting and body awareness to identify physical, emotional and mental imbalances and then corrects these through various ancient and modern natural techniques.

Last year Dr. Taylor brought a TFH instructor to Dominica and the Discover Dominica Authority co-sponsored the event as part of their wellness focus for the island.

It was at that time that Dr. Taylor made the decision to make herself available to teach TFH to anyone, anywhere who is willing to learn simple, natural life enhancing techniques that can relieve stress, pain and tension, improve posture, enhance clearer thinking, improve performance, support faster healing, instill a greater sense of well-being, help to realize goals and increase over all health.

Several other Caribbean islands want to host Dr. Taylor next year as they are excited over the content and possibilities of Touch for Health being taught to their residents.
