You should cover your mouth with a tissue or handkerchief, or use your elbow, if sneezing or coughing. You should safely dispose of used tissues; wash your hands with soap and water after coughing and sneezing and before and after meal preparation, eating and use of the toilets.

I had a problem again last evening sending and connecting while on your Website. I had to keep turning off the computer and turning it on.
I again checked with my Provider’s technician who checked my computer system with me and was, again, informed the Internet is operating properly.
I cannot afford to keep spending time, extra time turning off and turning on even for one comment. Too much of my time is expended. This has been ongoing for a few weeks. It is frustrating.
Francisco Telemaque also stated he had the identical problem all the way in Los Angeles and I am in Toronto. There may be more of us and in certain countries who experience this problem. Therefore it cannot be our personal computer system or Provider. We do not have the same Provider. This is strange.
Tonight, I was trying to send a comment and the same occurred. I feel when you are either posting or moderating, this occurs. In this case your Website may need repairing.

This is the time of year for influenza, in the hot and cold climates. Although the weather in Dominica is warn, it may cool off a bit at night. Take some vitamin supplements as Vitamin C and D. There are other vitamins which doctors could recommend.
Drink and/or eat citrus fruits including nutritious meals. Drink ample water per day. These could help.
I always recommend to Google the health benefits of these vitamins including Zinc. Amazing what is on the Internet. Whatever you want to know and learn is on the Internet. It is very helpful.
