When Portsmouth people voted for RBD instead of FAM Baron, Baron abandoned Portsmouth and moved to Roseau… It is alleged that since then Portsmouth never recovered and got stuck with DOOR GLASSES… Please bury him in Portsmouth to lift the curse souplay

He had a busy, hardworking life which he enthusiastically fulfilled for especially his beloved Dominica. This also accounts for his longevity.
Rest in peace first Chief Minister Frank Baron. You are ahead of us. One day, at the appointed time, we hope to join you and to see you. God bless your soul.
