I expect the Priests and Pastors are also praying for especially these missing people.
To other prayer warriors, please note the following prayer.
I did not compose them. Pray them, fervently, as often as you possibly could..

A Prayer for Safety from Satan
May it be known all over the world, that Satan, the prince of darkness is real! He disguises himself as the light, Entrapping and Hauling the unprepared. He spreads the seeds of disruption. Then sits back, waiting to gather the crop. As I draw nearer to Jesus’ fiery love, I also draw the evil of Satan’s attacks.
Jesus, protect me from such great evil. Let not Satan or his fiends approach me. Keep me under Your harmonious auspice, for I am Your follower of righteousness!

    A Prayer to Rebuke Satan
Heavenly Father, I ask You in the Name, and through the Blood of Your Divine Son, to rebuke Satan for taking captive that which belongs to You.
I ask Jesus to place His Crown of thorns around (Name the person) so that those with wrong influences will lose interest and depart.
Mary, Mother of Jesus, place your mantle of love around, (your son and/or daughter.
    Amen!
    St. Michael, protect them.

Is this a single serial criminal? Or is it copy cat behavior?

A force beyond human creativity is at work. Something dark and sinister has moved in and is taking over. It is as if a portal has been opened. A vortex has been set in motion.

Law enforcement has a job to do. But there is a supernatural element that can best be dealt with by your religious leaders. It is time to engage spiritual warfare.

    Sincere, Rev. Donald Hill. Evangelist.

there is no damn supernatural element at play! stop filling people head with that nonsense! crime is committed by men. so if i rob a store, its something supernatural too? jeez. 2016 and instead black people look for solutions to real tangible problems, you talking about supernatural this and that? really?

      • Actually the majority of people on the island disagree with you.

The answer to your question is in the Bible. Ephesians 6:10-15.

        Sincerely, Rev. Donald Hill. Evangelist.

Lord we need you to come back to Dominica, forgive our sin and heal or land. Whatever we have done wrong, whatever path we have taken that was out of your holy will for our lives, we repent and ask that you please DO NOT take your Holy Spirit away from us. Please turn your face toward us and deliver our Island Nation from utter destruction. WE NEED YOU LORD! AMEN and AMEN!

    • June 13, 2016

      A Voice in the Wilderness:

Thank you for your honest and sincere entreaty.

I wish to join you in prayer for a visitation of the the Holy Spirit on the beautiful island of Dominica. There are good and righteous people in your nation. Let them join us in intercession that the strong man will be bound and his captives set free.

      Sincerely, Rev. Donald Hill. Evangelist.

who is we? you can repent for other people? thats not how it works. each person must make his/her own amends. this is why we cant get anywhere. we were struggling in the past and we still struggling today. what’s the difference? that slavemaster religion still have us in bondage to the point that rather than get together and pan solutions , we sitting back and asking divine help on the internet. tell me when you get it. or if the prayer doh answer tell us why.

Nothing changes your narrow minds in Dominica. Imagine something as serious as human beings missing presumably dead, or seriously hurt and yet it is taken with such heattless light comments.
    God bless allyou tongues.
Why dont you guys get together and form a search party you cannot leave it all tovthe law men.

      Sam Baker:

      You are absolutely right.

This is exactly what I have been saying for days.

There is a spiritual element involved in his drama. The closer Satan comes to that time the more violent and active he becomes. Revelation 12:12. This is why we see so much occult activity, gross immorality and violence in these days.

Call in the FBI, Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU). this might not just be a serial killer he may be torturing them as well “Sadistic Serial Killer” the worst of them.

    • June 13, 2016

      Dolce Vita:

You may be right and I find this very frightening. I appreciate your insight and willingness to share this.

A serial killer is one thing.

A sadistic serial killer is something else. He holds his victims captive torturing them and often using them as sex slaves before killing them.

The government -and or- the police should not hesitate to call in the F.B.I. BAU for help. It is human life they are dealing with here. It could not be more serious.

The F.B.I. have incredible expertise in profile and behavioral analysis.

      Sincerely, Rev. Donald Hill. Evangelist.

I think we have a serial killer on our island. Please MR PM bring in Scuttland yard. This killer is attacking the helpless

    • June 13, 2016

I would encourage your P.M. to bring in either the F.B.I. or Scotland Yard. Personally I am more familiar with the work done by the F.B.I. in these matters.

They are both large and powerful police forces with specialized departments the Dominican Police should not be expected to have. DNO readers know I have respect for the Dominican Police so this is not meant to belittle them in any way. It is not a sign of weakness at a time like this to bring in outside help. It shows the highest level of professionalism.

      Sincerely, Rev. Donald Hill. Evangelism.

  18. June 13, 2016

This is quite alarming news ,dominica is too small for people to disappear ,we must make sure the where abouts of our family are especially when they are mentally challenged. One is already too much. The longer it takes to find someone is the more alarming it becomes…The television media should put their photos on tv in order for the outside population to see and help..The gov’t should make sure that mentally challenged people get medical and assistance in order to control what ever is bothering them ,the public needs to be protected from these mentally challenged people because they don’t have any specific time to react and they might be dangerous or they might endanger their lives one way or the other…

    • June 13, 2016

      Mentally challenged?

It depends entirely how they are “mentally challenged”. These folks should be loved and cared for but necessarily confined or shadowed.

Several of those who have disappeared are said to have been “mentally challenged”. This makes it look like somebody is preying upon the vulnerable. Otherwise would you have a coincident that of so many who just happened to go missing were by chance “mentally challenged”?

      • June 13, 2016

        Opps.

        That should have been

but not necessarily confined or shadowed.

I remember when as policemen we knew every nook and cranny of this small Island. The selected men from the different villages, chosen to serve their COUNTRY knew the villages they came from like the back of their hands . In cases like these the individuals from the village, and near by ones, got together collaborated their information and we then knew where to look and who exactly to question. I remember when most REAL POLICEMEN knew all over Dominica, knew all the habitual criminals and their modus operandi ; of course things have changed but 35 years later, and not being a police man when visiting my village , I still have two individuals approaching me with the words , ”Officer I am a good man now I don’t do these things anymore but I can tell you who to look for .”
WHAT HAS GONE WRONG EN ?
We need help to solve crimes , ask for it.

    • budman
      June 13, 2016

what the hell was all that you wrote above have to do with this story?^^^ steups!!! If a single individual were to be kidnapping people (and we don’t know if this is the case, as they could all be missing for different reasons) how is that an indictment on policemen when we have more criminals now doing a wider range of crimes? the issue is societal not one of police ineptitude.

We got a Bermuda triangle on our hands, but there is no triangle. There are enough evidence to locate the young lady from castle Bruce by now. The story goes like this: The young lady is sharing a room with a man or boyfriend. A middle man came over to her and said another man wish to see her. The middle man must have known the man to pass the message. Where was the meeting point, his name, and did he had a vehicle. secondly , did the middle man try to lure the young lady to himself. Thirdly, did the young lady ever met the man who send the message, if so, where, when and what time. Did the man in waiting had a vehicle and what was the registration number of that vehicle . Check the ferry and airport for departure. That middle man who pass on the message krows enough to cut his liberty. we need to know that young lady whereabouts .dead or alive. Ample time

    • Face the Facts
      June 13, 2016

It does sound like a triangle. When the man told her another man wished to see her, she should have asked him some questions and should not have gone. She made a grave error.
Was her other boyfriend not arrested by the police for abuse? He could have arranged something with him or that man could have lied to her.
Who was that man she was residing with?
Today, it appears that even some Dominicans cannot be trusted. Some of them know the tricks of the trade and how to deceive others. Beware of strangers and their stories.
Whatever occurred and how it did, it is a sad story that she has not been seen since. Then the disappearance of three others.
Think also of the lady at Dublanc who was found below a cliff, dead. Some fishy things are occurring in Dominica. These are of grave concern.

Your accusation, judgment and condemnation are totally wrong. You should know this has absolutely nothing to do with the leadership.
People as you must cease accusing the PM of what which he is not guilty of. You should also know that God is taking note of what we state. One day people will pay for their callous words and accusations. They will not escape.

  26. Truth or Friction?
    June 12, 2016

Of late we seem to have two serious problems in Dominica 1. people go missing and, 2. many of our people seem to be mentally challenged.
Dominica is in need of serious help and deliverance from the bondage and sense of helplessness Roosevelt Skerrit has brought upon this isle of beauty of ours

  27. Face the Facts
    June 12, 2016

This is cause of grave concern. I would like to think that it is impossible for so many people to go missing in little D/ca. However, they did. There is a human predator or more at loose in D/ca.
Check if they have a computer and internet service. Check their home phones and cellular if they have any.
Do they have a bank account? Check the banks if they have any.
For the safety of women and the elderly, when they go out, they should be accompanied with a responsible adult.
It is too easy when one is walking alone especially in an isolated area for them to be spoken to in a kind manner, offered a ride and abduct or lured into a house or in the bushes.
Warn them not to accept a ride from anyone they do not know as well as visit them in their home, if invited.
We expect the police will question everyone possible, as neighbors who may know them.
Lord, may the missing people be found. If they are being held against their will may their captors be caught.

Thank you! I would love to help the D/ca police but I reside far away, in Toronto. Residing in this country/city, I hear and read a lot as also viewing/listening to the News. I do my utmost to keep informed with the News and occurrences.
This is exactly what the police investigators do and when people go missing. They are usually good at that. The public also assist them. Sooner or later they will find what they are looking for.
We have our share of criminals/murderers in Toronto. In fact, the situation is becoming worst. Strange, I did not hear any such incidents occurred this weekend. I probably have not paid much attention to the News but I will tonight.
I am concerned about what is occurring in D/ca. In fact it saddens me especially that some people are missing. If only we know where they are.
May God guide the D/ca police investigation team to find them. I pray and hope that they are not harmed.
