Massive anti-Morsi protests in Egypt

Protest in Egypt
Protesters in Tahrir Square on Sunday

Tens of thousands of opponents of Egypt’s Islamist president massed in Cairo’s Tahrir Square and in cities around the country Sunday, launching an all-out push to force Mohammed Morsi from office on the one-year anniversary of his inauguration. Fears of violence were high, with Morsi’s Islamist supporters vowing to defend him.

Waving Egyptian flags, crowds packed Tahrir, the birthplace of the 2011 uprising that toppled autocrat Hosni Mubarak, and chants of “erhal!”, or “leave!” rang out.

Dictators never want to relinquish their positions as rulers. What will become of him? When his non-supporters get angry enough, I fear the worst. It is already bad as it is.
As I always state, you know what type of government you have but you do not know what you will get; sometimes worst. This is a typical example. Will people ever learn?

This pretty much tells me, America needs to let these countries find themselves….stop putting in and putting out leaders.

America tries to help. Make no mistake, the world in general looks to America to help. If they do not, they will be criticized. You know the saying, “Darned if I do and darned if I do not.” You cannot please everyone.
However, they cannot see the future. Take for instance Iraq and Afghanistan. It is my feeling that former President Bush was confident that he could send troops and everyone would be happy and succumb to them. It proved not so. Saddam of all told his supporters to fight them and to the end.
I often wonder what would have happened to the Iraqis and Afghanistans if the US had not entered there to try to alleviate them from those dictatorships and oppression. It is not a discussion I like to enter into since everyone has his/her opinion, pro and con. Only God knows one way or the other However, what is done is done and cannot be undone. There is no going back.

        Justice and Truth.

Hello you being brain washed by America. Morsi was democratically elected to office but America wants to dictate what should happen in Egypt . Ok let us talk about Iraq and Afghanistan . In Afghanistan America was supporting Osama Bin Laden when he brought over four hundred thousand Sunni fighters to fight the Russians after they invaded Afghanistan . The Russians left Afghanistan then Osama Bin Laden attack the World Trade Center killing almost three thousand Americans which included six of my co-workers. America then invaded Afghanistan killing so many people and wasting over two trillion dollars. America then invaded Iraq claiming that Saddam Hussein has weapon on mass destruction even though the the United Nation inspectors from the IAEA said he didn’t have any such weapons. Now Israel is sitting on approximately four hundred nuclear bombs but America won’t say anything about that. Also have anyone in the media in America ever interview Modici Vanunu the Israeli nuclear technician who brought photographs of Israel nuclear weapons
So you see you can’t have a blind eye to what America is doing in the Middle East . They like dictators if they are doing what America wants them to do. They also arm dictators as long as the promise not to fight Israel but America won’t do anything about the Palestinians where this Apartied Government continue to steal the Palestinians land.

Hello. They have soldiers in one hundred and seventy countries and that is how they are able to subvert the legitimate Governents if they are not enslaving their citizens so Americans can have an easy life.
