A state of emergency has been declared across France after attacks in Paris killed at least 128 people, in what President Francois Holland said was an “act of war” organised by the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) group.
Four gunmen killed at least 80 young people attending a rock concert at the Bataclan music hall on Friday evening, city hall officials said. Heavily armed policemen eventually launched an assault on the building.

What if after investigation we find out one or more of the gun men had a passport of the commonwealth of Dominica? What if we get to know the passport (s) was recently purchased? What if their passport was a diplomatic one?

When I see and hear of these attacks the first thing that comes to my mind is, boy, I hope none of the attackers are not citizens of Dominica, since our passports are sold and given to so many people, of which some already had a criminal record. I will not be comfortable until the names and nationality of those attackers are revealed, especially when one thinks of NG Lap Seng, who was arrested and charged for Corruption, bribery and lying to the FBI. This is outrageous behaviour by these terrorists . The world may have not responded forcefully enough to these killers and as a result they are becoming more and more bold and brutal in their actions. Hopefully it will be recognized that ground troops need to be deployed to defeat this thugs.
