LIME’s technicians have overcome the challenges faced in Delices and are reporting success in restoring services to that eastern community.

A press release issued by LIME said mobile, fixed and broadband services have been restored.

The press release said that community has been one of the areas posing a major challenge to utility companies’ restoration efforts since the passage of Tropical Storm Erika.

Similar success is being reported for customers of Belles who have all their services restored.

Efforts to complete the West Coast continue in the villages of Salisbury & Coulibistrie. Bioche, Dublanc and Colihaut received services on Wednesday.

LIME is advising customers who are experiencing issues in areas where connectivity has been restored, to formally log these faults by calling LIME Customer Service at 1 800 804 2994 or Fault Report at 611.

Efforts at completing full service restoration across island remains high on LIME’s agenda, the release said.

Thumbs up to LIME! Lime has proven itself! My mother and sister both has LIME and never lost cell service during or after the storm and restored my friends’ internet within a much shorter time frame than digicel(which is what I have – Digicel and DigiPlay). Marpin cable was also restored within a quick time. Thumbs Up and I will be swithcing back to LIME for my cell service and internet Marprin for my cable.
