You ppl makes no sense. How can it be the gun that killed the person and he is out? Do what u trying and say the police force can’t do there job? It’s obvious it’s not the gun because the gun bullet didn’t match the bullet of the dead man. All u Dominicans does talk to much and only speak ….. It’s common sense. The police knows if the gun was used for the day , so stop say rubbish. Did u see the accused kill the person? Who see? There is no eveidenvce what so ever. He was arrested because of what the public say. No one saw , no one knows. There is no eveidenvce leading to him. Ppl jus saying what they want. Yes it’s true his bro was murdered for his chain in Grand Bay and no Justice. None, the police never cared. Society never showed interest. Y ? He died innocent for his own chain , a hustler and now the murder eating drinking sexing and enjoying life. And his family is still hurt . Who cared? So now something happen Dominicans saying things . Free the innocent free him.

The justice system is the real loser in this fiasco. Hit-back crimes like these will always confront us when we have a Police Force with the kind of conviction record as the CDPF. The guy charged for this silly crime has grown into an adult knowing that his brother was brutally and senselessly killed in Grand Bay some years ago, and the Police has no one behind bars for that crime. The mother of deceased Mcgarvin appealed to the press to assist her get justice for her dead son, but nothing came out of it. She surely has been carrying a heavy heart all those years. There is a very thin line between sanity and insanity. If someone were to gun down your bigger brother, steal his chain and shoes, and leave him in the road drain like an old dog, and four years later, the killer is walking free, wouldn’t you have thoughts of revenge? Its sad that these things happen, but unless we can swiftly bring criminals to justice, crime will perpetuate.

A young man was arrested and charged by the police in connection with Magarvin’s murder, he was also remanded for a while. However, the magistrate granted him bail.. POLICE DONT HAVE THE JURISDICTION TO BAIL PERSONS ON REMAND! So tell me how is it the police fault that the killer is out When he was captured charged and brought to court.. allu does just say what allu want with allu mouths.
I understand where you’re coming from but that still doesn’t give him the right to kill an innocent person..
But the way the country set up self self self alas.
Is the court system/ ministry of justice who has to step up their game.

That’s the issue in this country. The boys brother was brutally murdered as few years back at an event in Grandbay.the justice system failed and release the young man who did it. Now it looks like a do for do.. the deceased brother coming back and kill a member of the other man’s family. Am not saying what he did was right, but how can you put a man on bail for killing another, not caring about the other families, the people not getting councelling. We need to do better in all areas

Why oh why? Vengeance belongs to God. Now the Mother has to mourn for 2 Sons. And One Family in Montin suffering too. Lord Lord have mercy on our young people. Unecessary pains. Young men think of your parents and family before taking those foolish actions.

That’s because no evidence nor witness found. An innocent man is being remanded for the pleasures of the public, not justice. Dno reporter should State that, no evidence leading to the accused

Good work by the police. Let’s hope that the police have apprehended the right person who’s responsible for committing such a heinous act. If found guilty by a jury of his peers, he should be severely punished. Recommended punishment: Solitary confinement, 24/7, one meal daily, for the rest of his life.

Why is there not a gun and ammunition charge too? Was he a licenced firearm holder? Other jurisdictions do not play with gun violence!!!
