I am not a Dominican but a Nevisian. Negative comments are not needed at this time. Yes i heard the PM on Radio, Television, and Face Book. He also cried for his people. This man is a genuine man and one who has his people at heart. Stop what you are doing. I know you are frustrated, depressed and concerned as i am too, but give him a chance he is also human.

He is out there looking help for his people which is his responsibility. Come on give him all the support.
What are you all doing to help? We in Nevis has packed containers of stuff including water for the good and loving people of Dominica. Please to support your PM.

We need to know when communications will be back up so we can talk to our family and loved ones. We need to know when we can fly home to help take care of them all.

I am not being political but facts are stubborn. It is rediculous for our prime minister to treat us like that. Maria destroyed our country on Sunday into the early our of Monday. We have no means of communicating with our families and loved ones. Almost Thursday and the PM cannot tell us a thing about our country and our people? We are hearing of all kinds of report from social media and TDN / q95 trying their best to downplay it. The pm saw it fit to talk to Hartly Henry of Barbados but not to us. In fact Hartly reported to us but not the PM, while many of us cannot sleep. I mean I don’t expect pm to tell us how many died and names, but what is preventing him from telling us to prepare for the worse based on what he has seen and heard? What is he taking us for? It’s pure nonsense and as a supporter residing in the US, I expect better from our leader. I am really, really upset with Pm because I know he has helicopter service and could easily fly to one of the islands to address us

You are so right. In this hour of massive desperation for all of us, all this man can do is put a curfew on us.

Here we go with the politics, the same politics that has brought this country to its knees. As i have alway been sayin Erika was a wake up call, but did we take note of the signs, the figthing within the people continued, the murders, hate and corruption,THE ALMIGHTY IS IN CONTROL AND ALLL HE WANTS FOR US IS TO LIVE IN HARMONY.THE LEADERS OF THE COUNTRY THOUGHT THEY WERE UNTOUCHABLE BUT THEY WERE ALL HIT WITH THE MIGHT OF THE ALMIGHTY,ARE WE GOING TO CHANGE THE WAYS.NO WE ARE NOT.LOTS MORE TO COME FOR THIS ONCE LOVING ISLAND.TO ALL THE FAMILIES WHO HAVE LOST LOVED ONES I PRAY FOR ALL OF YOU AND THE ALMIGHTY WILL GUIDE YOU ALL THROUGH THIS TIMES.YOUR FAMILIES SOUL ARE @PEACE AND HE CALLED THEM HOME.TO THE LEADERS OF THE COUNTRY THIS IS YOUR TIME TO STEP UP AND SHOW THAT THE WE ARE ALL ONE.NOT SOME TO RECEIVE AND THE UNFORTUNATE ARE LEFT BEHIND.SAD TO SEE ON SOCIAL MEDIA A GUY STEALING A REFRIGERATOR,MY FRIEND IT IS NO USE TO YOU RIGHT NOW,MATERIAL ITEMS HAVE TAKEN OVER US.

You obviously are one of those Dominicans who listens only to the radio station that refuses to broadcast press conferences called by the Prime Minister! For your information as soon as radio communication was restored the Pm was live on DBS informing the nation about the situation and his efforts at sourcing assistance to address concerns! Had your radio not been locked on Q95 you would have known that the Pm addressed the nation extensively on two occasions on Wednesday as soon as radio communication was restored.
For some people everything seems to be about party politics!

How could you have heard anything on Q95 when that radio station was not on air on Wednesday! The Pm spoke to the nation twice on Wednesday (am and Pm)! Stop with your propaganda
