We need to call the fish by it’s. name
Hey Preachers, I was thinking the very same thing. On that plate I see a Hind, a Snapper, a Butterfish and a Goatfish (at least that what some of them are called here in Anguilla).
Red fish? One of my favorites. Makes me feel anxious to eat some real fresh fish from Dominica.

Wow! Boy look at a Valouwah!!! Used to catch them on my line. They don’t taste the same today; Cause people became to wicked. You have to give them a pound of seasonings to extract flavor from them. Could be a curse.
