Courtney Mc Donald of Laplaine, the Most Improved Student of the Jones Beau Pierre Primary School, will for her first year in secondary school, have all her educational expenses taken care of courtesy QB Vehicle Rentals.

Mc Donald is the third recipient of an EC $2,500 scholarship which is being donated by the rental company.

The scholarship was given at that institution’s graduation ceremony which took place on Thursday 2nd June 2015 and forms part of the company’s mission to “help improve academic performance” at the school.

“QB Vehicle Rentals is known for giving back, I get very excited at this time of year when it is time to present our QB Vehicle Rentals annual scholarship to a child of the Jones Beaupierre Primary School,” owner and former student of the Jones Beaupierre Primary, Eustace Joseph, said.

Joseph is originally from La Plaine but he is now based in the British Virgin Islands (BVI).

“It is that amazing inner feeling I get in making a deference in a child’s life. Congratulations to this year’s winner Courtney Mc Donald, I wish her the best of luck! This is our third scholarship and I am very committed to continuing this program.”

Joseph also extended his gratitude to his Operations Manager, Vida Joseph, who he says has embraced this scholarship program and refers to each winner as “our child”

“I would also like to say a big thank you to our customers, without you this would not be possible!” Joseph exclaimed.
