TORTOLA, British Virgin Islands – A motorboat overloaded with Haitian migrants slammed into a reef off the British Virgin Islands and capsized today as it tried to evade authorities. Five people were killed, including two infants.
The 30-foot (9-metre) boat was carrying at least 30 people when it struck the reef off the southern coast of Tortola, said British Virgin Islands Customs Comptroller Wade Smith.

the government should engorage dominicans abroad to come back home to retired, and give them some incentive through custome like a tax break like miss charles did, i am getting ready to come home for good, can any one give me some infomation i will need to know before coming home about customs?
Stop hating on the Haitians. They people looking for a better life. If Dominicans get of their butts and start working,there will be no jobs for them to take. is because some of us think these jobs too small/ degrading to do.

It would be better if Dominica and its System of Life would encourage Dominicans who are abroad to return home.
If those people from Haiti and the Dominican Republic had confidence in their present way of Life, by their faith and trust in the power and authority of Almighty God, they would desire to stay at home and help their fellow man to build self esteem.
The attitude and conducts they have been demonstrating proves that they lack self-esteem in Life, which is what they may be are searching for. As you said: “they look for one another”, they are not looking out for us in Dominica. But what happens when they do not find that ego in Dominica, because self-esteem has to be rooted from within.

MOTS you sadden me a bit when you talk about our Government like that, but that will not stop my plans. If I live up to the next five years or so, the rest of my life after that, is going to be in Dominica. And no earthly government is going hurt me there. Because Almighty God is my only ruler.
