Kingston, Jamaica, CMC – Caribbean Community (CARICOM) leaders will meet in Mexico this weekend for the first Caribbean Community (CARICOM)-Mexico Summit.
According to an official statement issued here, Prime Minister Bruce Golding will address the summit on Sunday, where he will make a presentation on trade and development in the region.
“The meeting provides an opportunity for dialogue between CARICOM member states and Mexico in areas of mutual interest,” the statement said, adding that Caribbean leaders will also attend the February 22-23 Summit of Unity of Latin America and the Caribbean.
