United States Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, is due to meet with Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Foreign Ministers in Jamaica on Wednesday. The visit comes as regional leaders prepare for their annual summit in St. Kitts at the end of the month.
The US State Department said that Clinton will use the meeting with her Caribbean counterparts to build on the June 2010 Caribbean ministerial meeting held in Barbados.
