A Dominican is wanted in connection with a murder in Antigua and Barbuda.
The police say Earlsfield James, 54, of Penny Lane, Upper Fort Road is a Dominican national.
It is alleged that he murdered Kemmoy Jeffers.
Thirty-one-year-old Jeffers was found dead Friday night around 11 o’clock, in a house at Fort Road.
The police in Antigua had reported that his left leg and neck were tied.
The police are asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact the Criminal Investigations Department in Antigua at 268-462-3913 or 268-462-3914.
Police have also made an appeal for James to surrender himself at any police station without delay.
Immediately following Friday night’s incident, police took two people into custody.
They are currently assisting them with their investigations.

When I heard the name,location he lives and the age I thought they made a mistake with the spelling of his first name..I then saw the photo I realize it was a photo of earl Fred when he was young. from the reports I read about the guy who unfortunately died I don’t think the intention of earlfred and the others were to kill him..because he was behaving erratically throwing stones at people and vehicle,barging into people’s home and fighting with them like he had a demon out of control.reports are the police was called multiple times but never showed up until the guy was tied up and died.i think it was accidental death.earlfred is always a cool quiet and friendly guy..I hope he turns himself in.

I am absolutely dumbfounded the morning after this murder I saw Earlfred of Portsmouth, Fred James Son. I was driving we said Hi to each other but I observed he wanted to say something to me, I am not sure what. Earlfred has been living here for over 30 years he served prison time if about 12 more here, but he has been living a very quiet and normal life very friendly and helpful he is a plumber by trade. Most people here do not know his name at all and that is why this picture is so old because that’s a prison photo of long ago. He has been out of prison for at least 13 years or so, I am so surprised, but guys please do not jump to conclusions, you all do that all the time, stop it wait for the facts to come out and let the chips fall where they may . The guy may be innocent and though two people have been charged it does not mean three people including James killed this fellow, He is a foreigner so he is gonna get a bad rap but it does not mean he committed the crime.
