Those who push the homosexual agenda continue to misuse the word homophobic as if it was a disease that afflicts hetrosexuals. A phobic is a psychological disorder that cases a person to fear something when here is no rational reason to be afraid. People who misapply words like this in such a combative manner do so because they are desperate. These are people who know the facts are not on their side. They cannot enter into an objective debate so they resort to name calling. Those who oppose homosexual behaviour do not fear homosexuals. We may be afraid of he results of certain homosexual acts but this does not constitute a phobia. The Bible forbids homosexual behaviour. The Old Testament law made it a crime and required the death penalty. We are no longer under that law. It ended at the cross. But the New Testament tells us that homosexuality results in a “reprobate mind” (Romans 1:24-28) and those who commit these sins “shall not inherit the kingdom of God”. (1 Corinthians 6:9-10) God sent fire from heaven and destroyed the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha because of homosexuality. (Jude vs. 7) History shows that empires and civilizations that accepted same sex relationships as normal (especially between men and boys) ended in ruin. Modern studies reveal a higher rate of alcoholism, drug addiction, and suicide among homosexuals. Statistics also show that homosexuals have a shorter lifespan. Those who oppose homosexuality do not hate homosexuals. We hate the sin that is destroying them. Many years ago I had a friend who was a bright young man, married, and the father of two little boys. He was active in his church and as long as he stayed on that path he did well. But he fell away from the church. He began taking a “social” drink. Before long he was drinking heavy. Last time I saw him he told me he was an alcholic and a “bi-sexual”. I had not seen him for a few years. Then I heard he had contacted aids and committed suicide. Nobody knows how badly I felt when I got this news. No, we don’t hate homosexuals. But the truth is homosexuals who WANT to change CAN change! The “gay” community often denies this. But many homosexuals have been delivered from this lifestyle. A significant number have married and have families of their own. What ever education homosexuals have it is not enough to keep them from a lifestyle that:
Has resulted in the world wide spread of AIDS. I could give you the names of at last two countries (there are more) where the highest number of AIDS victims are male homosexuals. Now it is increasing among female victims. But the women are being infected by lesbian partners or boyfriends and husbands who are bi-sexual or on the down-low. Female prostitutes are being infected by bi-sexual johns. Straight men are infected by the prostitutes and taking it home their wives.
Homosexuality is a lifestyle that:
Produces a higher rate of neurosis, depression, alcoholism, and suicide, and leaves them with a shorter life span. It takes them over the threshold into a dark world. It is not only the shadowy world of leather and whips. It is a dark world where they are prone to commit criminal offences of torture, pain, and death that are so unusual they are totally off he charts. Thank God most homosexuals do NOT go this far. But my research has shown that the percentage of homosexuals who do is much higher than the percentage of heterosexuals.
How much education does a man have to have to know that any sexual orientation that require him to shove his penis up another man’s rectum to have “intercourse” is not normal and not an alternative lifestyle? Not only is anal sex not part of the reproductive process. It can be painful. It sometimes produces an injury and infection. Normal sexual intercourse between a man and woman was designed by God for husband and wife. It is meant to be a loving face to face experience. Anal intercourse between two men NEVER CAN BE a loving face to face experience. This is one more indication that it is not normal and not an alternative.
Most homosexuals realize that the normal relationship is for a man and a woman. This is why you usually find one plays the male role and the other plays the female role. An ex-gay man who was delivered from the life and later got married told me he had been the dominate party and played the male role. He said “I used to imagine my partner was a woman.” This is why with lesbians one is usually “the man” and sometimes uses an artificial penis to satisfy her partner.
The argument that homosexuals are “born that way” falls short of proving that homosexuality is O.K. and an acceptable alternative to heterosexuality. You don’t have to be a scientist or researcher to know that babies are sometimes born abnormal with an unnatural and undesirable condition.
As far as I know there has never been a “gay gene” found. If it was or is discovered it would be a mutation. Are people born gay? Let’s face it folks. People have been born with all kinds of abnormalities. People may be born with a tendency towards homosexuality the same as people are born with tendencies towards other types of anti-social behavior. If they are wise they will recognize it as such and work to overcome it, not call it normal and try to get society to accept it.
It is possible to get statistics to prove anything depending on where you get the stats from and who you interview. However, we know fraternal twins have the same DNA and genetic make-up. Yet, if one is a homosexual there is only a 50% chance that the other will be. This proves choice is involved. It strongly suggests that other factors are involved such as nurture, and childhood experiences.
When a child is born with a defect or abnormality it is recognized as such. No effort is made to convince the world that it is normal. What ever can be done to eliminate the problem is done. The child should be loved and accepted for what it is: a precious little human being who deserves a chance at life. If the problem can be corrected what kind of parents would tell the child “It’s who you are so accept it.”?

Did this dentist hurt nobody.
A man on the downlow brings AIDS home to his wife. Is he hurting nobody?
A man with a wife and kids leave his family and moves in with a male “partner”. Is he hurting nobody?
A married woman with children announces she is a lesbian and leaves her family to live with a girlfriend. Her husband is a respected minister. One of her little girls asked her father, “Doesn’t mommy love us any more?” Is this woman hurting nobody?
Their sins may have been consensual behind closed doors. But the guilt

What some people are born with is a tendancy towards homosexuality: People are born with tendancies towards various types of anti-social behavior. But this is not an irresistable compulsion that forces them to commit such acts.
Identical twins are born with exactly the same genes and DNA. If one twin is a homosexual there is a 50% chance the other will be. The fact that both identical twins are homosexuals only half the time proves that choice is involved. It is what we DO that determines what we are.
I personally have known married men with children who were obviously attracted to – and aroused by women – or they would not have had children (BIOLOGY 101) who became homosexuals. Some began “dating” men on the side, others left their families and moved in with men. People who have lived in the gay communities for years know this happens frequently.
I have also kow women who were married and had children then left their families for another woman. One little girl asked her father, “Daddy, doesn’t mommy love us any more?”
Again and again I have talked to and read about young women who were sexually abused by a male relative or acquaintance, or caught in physically abusive relationships with men, and decided to pursue lesbian relationships. These woman make it clear it was the abuse they received in the straight world that turned them to homosexuality.
Homosexuals can change. Many have changed by the grace of God. There are former long time homosexuals who are now married and have families. This is possible when a gay, lesbian, bi, or trans person accepts responsibility for his or her actions and recognizes their problem as sin. It must be dealt with on the terms of the gospel: through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ!

If someone feels sexual desire towards both sexes, there will be a biological reaction, and that won’t lie. Many people throughout history have identified as bisexual. If you consider the concept of the fetish, whereby a certain object or image creates or increases sexual desire, the idea of bisexuality should not be that hard to accept.

I understand where you are coming form, but you must realize that there are shades of gray, everything is not just black of white. There are men who are attracted to both sexes and they are called bi-sexual. The same way that some people lose taste or liking for food, professions, hobbies etc. they can also loose the urge to sleep with a woman or a man, it is a fact of life and it is part of our life dynamics. Some people have the strength to take a stand and move on in their lives so that they could be happy, and at the same time being fair to the person that they are with by being truthful.

The joke here, to me, is that most Caribbean islands’ homophobia comes from Christianity and sometimes Islam (though Islam simply imported it, with greater violence, into its system). And how did Christianity enter the Caribbean? Through the colonists. And who do the most ignorant people here continually attack in words? The colonists or some abstract entity known as “the white man.” That Caribbean people are so quick to defend the defining element of the person/abstract idea they so despise is a grand ironic joke that almost no one seems to get.

Yes we are all born sinful but that does not mean that we should remain so and perish. With the Father and the Holy Spirit in you, he will not allow you to be tempted more than you can bear. Yes the temptations are many and strong but when you repent , you will hate sin and sinful acts. Hey also remember he is calling all to repentance even the gays and the lesbian. He is merciful and just to forgive us. So those with attraction to the same sex , I pray that you try your best to curb those attraction and mark you it is not correct it is sin. Yes you may feel strongly attracted but it is all wrong and abomination. Don’t compare black – white relationships with same sex relationships.
The following differences make a comparison impossible.
(1) Black men and white women FIT. Men and men or women and women do NOT fit. Common sense tells us
same sex relationships were not meant to be. Do you think God the Creator got the anatomy wrong?
(2) Not only can two men NOT fit sexually but the way they improvise is unclean, dangerous, and can be harmful. It is a cause of infections and other pathological conditions.
(3) Black men and white women CAN have biological babies and they are beautiful! Men and men or women and women CANNOT have biological children.
(4) The Bible does NOT forbid the marriage of a black man and white woman. The Bible DOES forbid any sexual relationship between a man and a man or a woman and a woman.
(5) The model God gave us for marriage is that of a man and a woman in Matthew 19:4-6. There is no mention here of race or color.
(6) Marriages between blacks and a whites are in themselves NOT unhealthy and do not usually
spread disease. Same sex relationships HAVE been the chief reason for the spread of AIDS in North America and the Caribbean. An example of this is the fact that according to a recent study the one single group with the highest rate of AIDS in Dominica is homosexual men. Women who become infected are usually infected by men who are bi-sexual.
(7) Marriages between blacks and whites based on love and commitment ARE in normal circumstance a healthy setting for the raising of children. Children raised by same sex “parents” lack the benefits and balance of having both a father and a mother in the home each contributing in his and her own way to the raising of children.
(8) Nations with a Christian heritage have RARELY forbidden marriages between blacks and whites. When this has happened it has been short lived. A close look will show that it was whites as well as blacks who fought for change and abolished the racial laws. On the other hand nations with a Christian heritage have ALMOST ALWAYS had laws against homosexuality and have NOT recognized same sex marriages until recently. The change in the laws did not come because of new knowledge but because of gay lobby groups pressuring governments, the same type of lobby groups who are now trying to have the age of consent abolished, and pedophilia recognized as a legitimate “orientation” so it cannot be “discriminated” against.
The laws against interacial marriages that existed in some states only proves that sometimes governments get it wrong. When they based their laws upon the Holy Scriptures they have it right.
When people use the argument that opposition to homosexuality is like the old opposition to black-white marriages they are using an argument that lacks logic. It is unreasonable and unfair. This type of argument is used by people who lack objectivity. They don’t have the facts of scripture, science, or history on their side so use arguments they know have no content and hope people will not see through their shallow reasoning.

It is the minority of priests who are homosexual pedophiles who are costing the sex scandal world wide and costing the church millions and millions of dollars in nation after nation.
Some studies have shown that a homosexual man is three times as likely to molest a little boy than a heterosexual man is to molest a little girl.
Christians recognize homosexuality to be a sin God will forgive and a pathological condition He will heal. What is needed is for the individuals to turn to Christ in repentance and faith.
Is homosexuality a sin? Yes! But so is pride, jealousy, greed, and racism!

Men in Dominica have multiple partners – not just gay men. That’s why there’s so much infidelity and children born out of wedlock. Get your facts straight before you start providing statistics.
Stop the excuses – wrong is wrong even the abusing of little boys or girls. Just like same sex relationship is also not of our Father’s. Just like all the other ills too. Yes stand up against what is wrong but pls don’t condone one wrong and point fingers at the oher wrong to justify the one you want to condone. They are all wrong! Excuses are from the enemy of our soul. He justifies wrong doing in our mind by saying others are doing it as well. Because the whole world is doing something doesnot make right in the eyes of the Father. We have to do the will of our Father!
Of course straight men have multiple partners. I don’t have stats for Dominica but from what I see in Canada I suspect gay men probably have more partners than their straight counterparts in Dominica. I have seen studies done in the USA and this is the case there and in other parts of the world.
There is a vey sad reason for this. Generally speaking gay men are not looking for a stable one man to one man relationship. It is not about love and romance. It is about a sexual release. It is about lust. Casual sex is the order of the day. Not even a one night stand is important. They are looking for an encounter. Often they don’t even get their partner’s name if they meet in a bar or a park.
These straight men are going to hell and a lost eternity as fast as the wheels of time can take them.
The difference is they know what they are doing is sinful.
The difference is they are not trying to get us to think it is normal and acceptable.

Some straight men have multiple partners. However, the stats shows two things. (1) Promiscuity is much more common among homosexuals than among heterosexuals. (b) It is a greater social problem in some countries than in others.
There is no danger of homosexuals having a child out of wedlock.
If we want to move towards a better society statistics can be a useful tool to recognizing problems and finding answers. The only healing balm for this sin sick world is the gospel of Jesus Christ – 1
It’s about time that the Caribbean wakes up and faces reality. Sexual orientation is nobody’s business. It amazes me that Caribbean society casts a blind eye towards infidelity, multiple children with multiple partners, exploitation of young children, child rape, child abuse, incest, molestation, etc., however it is so obsessed with same sex relationships. All what you mentioned above are either frowned upon or crimes, which we do not promote. By accepting gay and lesbian relationships we would be promoting it. I am in no way homophobic and what individuals do in their sex life is their business, but i will not promote it.
Here are a few things you would be promoting in Dominica if you accepted homosexuality
(1) The decriminalization of homosexual practices.
(2) The legalization of same sex marriages.
(3) The legalization of homosexual adoptions.
(4) Gay bars and clubs.
(5) A variation of gay clubs such as leather and whips, bondage and discipline, sadism and masochism, etc.
(6) Gay tourist resorts. (Eventually some with these special attractions!)
(7) Gay cruise ships coming to your shores. (Remember the one that came in when the two homosexual men stood on the side of the ship and gave you a free sex show by buggering each other in broad daylight before a mixed audience of men, women, and children
They did this when homosexuality was illegal in Dominica. What a paradise the island would be for them if their abomination was decriminalized.
(8) A broader sex education in the schools. Homosexuality could then become part of health classes and physical education classes. Children could be taught to be more tolerant and accepting of gays everywhere. What a place to raise children!
(9) Gays in high schools would be able to organize and have their own meetings in the schools where everybody is invited to come and learn more about same sex relationships. In the Province of Ontario in Canada we now have a openly lesbian premier. The government is currently pushing to make such gay school clubs mandatory even in Roman Catholic and private Christian schools, along with a fully fleshed out (no pun intended) sex education.
(10) An increase of AIDS!
Dominicans who want to honor God will be fully awake and alert at election time and know where their political candidates stand on the moral issues. They will vote for those who share their values and want a righteous nation under God!
