“And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.”
–Mark 10:27

No matter who you are or where you are, there is a situation or a challenge in your life that seems very much impossible.

Today’s devotional is one of encouragement to you.

God wants each of us to trust Him, for He is more than able to make the things that seem impossible, possible.

When I was younger, I loved watching a television show called “Mission Impossible.” In each episode a mission was presented that seemed impossible for the operatives to accomplish, but at the end of the picture, the mission was accomplished and the criminals were foiled. The impossible mission became possible.

Today, no matter what it is in your life that you’re believing God to work out, have confidence in Him. You might have fasted, prayed, and confessed the Word, and you may be standing earnestly in faith believing God. Do not allow your faith in God to waiver now – God has brought you too far. What God starts, He completes, and He is a God who is always faithful to His promises. Concentrate on living a life that’s pure and holy in the sight of the Lord. Do all you know to do as a child of God and be totally led by the Holy Spirit. God is faithful and He promised that when we come before Him in faith and ask without wavering, He will make the impossible possible.

If you’ve been striving in your own strength to make things possible, know that without God you can do nothing. We must trust in, lean on, rely on, and rest in the Lord for Him to make the impossible possible. It boils down to this: if we’re going to trust God, then we must do just that – trust God. The battle is not yours, beloved. The battle belongs to God. What makes the impossible mission possible? Our faith in a faithful God.

“And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you” (Matthew 17:20). Do you have faith enough to believe that the situations you presently face are not too big for God to change? “Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth” (Mark 9:23). Be encouraged today and have faith in God.

Let today be the day that you command every mountain that stands in your way to be removed so that God’s divine will and purpose can be done in your life.

Have you been relying on self to solve your situations or to bring solutions to the problems? “And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God” (Luke 18:27). God works through men and women, but it’s only through God that all things are possible.

Today, man may say something is possible and tomorrow or even later that same day he may say it is impossible. Stick with God. Hold fast to God. God is stable, His promises are sure, and He is never failing. His yes is yes and His no is no. Put your total confidence and trust in God and not in man. God never fails.

Be reminded today that with God, all things are possible. Allow God to make the impossible mission possible.
