Dominica a nation in crisis; church lulled to sleep – Nothern Pastors Fellowship

nothern pastors fellowshipThe Northern Pastors Fellowship, a group comprising of several pastors and leaders in the North and North East, is of the belief that the nation is presently in a state of crisis which has the potentiality to destroy it.

At the same time, the group thinks the church has been lulled to sleep through gifts and promise of status which prevents it from responding to the crisis.

“We believe that our nation is in crisis and that we are in dire need of a Godly intervention,” Pastor Cameron Robin said in a statement from the group.
“We have been in prayer for this nation however, we acknowledge at this time that we need to vocalize our interpretation of what we deem a serious national crisis that carries with it the potential to destroy our nation.”

The group believes that the problem lies in the fact that Dominica has departed from “the truth of God and equity” with the church lulled into sleep.

“Whenever God is absent the enemy the devil seizes the opportunity to unleash his fury,” Robin noted. “In 2014, the Lord revealed to one of his servants among us that a portal of darkness was opened over the nation through a covenant made with the enemy. During and prior to that time, the church in this nation to a large extent had been lulled to sleep through gifts, and the promise of status and as a consequence the church’ s standards and message have been compromised thus stifling the church’s corporate response in a period of national crisis.”

The group outlined the following which it says is having a negative side effect on Dominica:

1. The spirit of greed and corruption displayed at various levels in our nation
2. Violence and victimization of our innocent children, women and the elderly
3. Compromise of church leaders at the highest levels of the church in this nation
4. The seeming partiality of our justice system which was set up to protect and exercise the rule of law in our nation

“We, therefore, call on all leaders across the board in this country to approach their responsibility with utmost importance and the maximum priority.
We call on the ruling party and the opposition to be equitable, honest and transparent in the administration of their duties as representatives of the Dominican citizens,” Robin noted. “We call on the male in our society to take their role as men and fathers in the nation, leading through modeling rather than by speech, leading the charge to rebuild a disciplined and productive nation. We call on women to esteem morality as a lofty ideal and to renew their belief in self-worth and dignity.”

The group also called on the authorities to address some of the “archaic laws” within the island’s justice system namely:
1. The sexual offense act #1 of 1998
2. The children and young persons welfare act Chapter 37…..51 of 1972

“We ask that programs be implemented to counsel victims at the local level, and that the penal system incorporates rehabilitation programs geared at helping addicts and convicts to assimilate back into society. The church stands ready to assist in this regard,” Pastor Robin noted. “However above all, we call on church leaders, and churches, the spiritual conscience of our nation to return to biblical values, standard and message, maintaining the ability and moral aptitude to speak on behalf of God under any circumstance.”

He continued, “We admonish prayer warriors to arise all over this nation to tear down the strongholds of darkness and to establish a Godly agenda for our nation. Let us pray on the basis of 2 Chronicles 7:14. If my people that are called by my name shall humble themselves, pray, seek my face and turn from their wicked ways then God will hear from heaven. He will forgive our sins and he will heal our land.”

The “Church…” Which church? Not clear on the definition of church in the context of this article. Is he referring to a religious denomination, a particular following, or “Christians” on a whole? Talking about the “Church” being “lulled to sleep by gifts and promise of status” is too broad if referring to a particular situation or a number of situations involving a specific religious organization or group of organizations. If certain “religious organizations or denominations” in Dominica are accepting bribes/hush money (gifts and promise of status) from whomever, they should be exposed and singled out instead of saying “the church.” There are genuine religious organizations that “will not be bought or sold… who do not fear to call sin by its right name, whose (leaders) conscience is as true to duty as the needle to the pole…who will stand for the right though the heavens fall.” “Education” p. 57. Read the book “The Great Controversy” by Ellen White…

I have to take my time to read your article. So some of you think Dominica is in a crisis. How many people feel that way? I have relatives and friends in D/ca. Whenever we talk they say nothing negative about D/ca. I can tell you they are doing well for themselves.
You should know, life is what you make of it. People in other countries could say the same. People must keep busy. If people feel their life is going nowhere, they must think, what could they do to better it. Do not merely sit there and say the government is doing nothing.
Negativity gets people nowhere. It will never make them happy and peaceful. They will always feel restless. Learn from others. Everyone has their own personal crisis and/or problems. Some cope very well but not others. Why?
The only help and hope for the world is Our Lord Jesus Christ, The Divine Mercy. He sad, “Unless mankind turns to My Merciful Heart, there will be no peace.” Much more could be stated.

What do you except to happen to a country where you have a magistrate pastoring a church in disguise. This is new to Dominica. We know that the Muslem religion is questionable especially as the extremist uses human bodies as a means of inflicting mass destruction. But when you have an individual a magistrate from the court sending people to prison, charging people and at the same time running a church where the doctrine there is totally different from the court rules , that is trouble for Dominica. Take some time off to read the story of King Ahab and his wife Jessebel and you will see what was happening to the people of the holy land. The answer to our crisis is wrapped up in this verse: 2nd chronicles 7:14 If my people which are called by my name shall humble themseves and pray and seek my face and TURN FROM THEIR WICKED WAYS, THEN I will heal the land. It is clear here that God holds the church (his people )responsible for what is happening in society today.

    “Franciso

Why can’t you get it into your head that the Dominica that you knew is not the Dominica of today. All those weird analogies that you use from your memory of Dominica are really unacceptable. Perhaps those days you describe were the days.”

Barbara, you know you are either a very stupid person or you read and cannot understand what you read!

What nonsense are you talking about “analogies.” where have you read where I wrote an analogy of the matter. Unless I am mad, I remember focusing in Religion, and Christianity, and the word of God that is not presented to the people.

It is idiots like you who makes a mess of things that cause all of this confusion in the country. What does my coming home to Dominica have to do with politics in the church, and the vast poverty supported by you and those so called preachers.

    Are you crazy?

    What are you talking about?

Do not want to judge you but aren’t you speaking about yourselves? You fall right into the hands of the world who wants to tell God’s children what to say. Yes we speak of the ills and condemn them but how come, you did not talk of your concerns as the Apostle Paul directs… in a forum of the evangelicals? You are infighting which is not what the job of the children of God is. How can you ask the world to repent when you fall right in their trap of saying what they want to hear. You have deviated from your primary role of getting fruits for the Kingdom and a house divided amongst itself will fall. You are looking for self agrandisement which you have received by the bloggers on this forum. Are you satisfied that this are your roles? Does the word says this. please do not be a stumbling block to those whom we want to be saved because those actions will deter them from taking that step due to the infighting against others in the church. The enemy’s purpose of division

The leaders of our land DLP and UWP should mend their fences of hate towards each other then the people will come together.

Call forth an assembly on the whole land on 7 Sabbath Days for prayer at the Windsor Park Stadium from Sun up to Sun down. No business place are to be opened.

Inhabitants should be called upon to throw away all idols and destroy Shrines and idols made to the Queen of Heaven which is not a representation Mary but it is called Semiramis an ancient Goddess of Babylon that the Roman Church has held on to from ages. This is the real demon that has been set on Dominica, St. Lucia, Dominican Republic, we must get rid of it and return to the One True GOD , our Elohim, The Most High.

2nd Chronicle 7:14 is all good and well but that’s not all that’s in the HOLY BOOK..Don’t you’ll pray for YESHUA to return…since HE’s the only one that can fix all of the mess that’s going on worldwide,Dominica is no exception. Did not you’ll read in you all BIBLES what would be happening as the age comes to a close even in the very churches there will be a great falling away, have you’ll forgotten tares growing with wheat, sheep and goat together and HE has to separate them…but what I love about JEHOVAH is HE never allow the just to suffer for the unjust..so take comfort in HE has shortened the days for the sake of the elect..dose not that feel and appear so to you all..Allow me to say it to you all again..it is HIS word above our word..HIS word has gone out and it will not return unto HIM void..just what HE says that’s going to go down..that’s what will go down…so it is written so shall it be..so then look up your redemption is nearer than you might think….

  9. “We believe that our nation is in crisis and that we are in dire need of a Godly intervention,” Pastor Cameron Robin said–News Article

Pastor, there is a few observation, which I can use, to refute the fact you are not sincere in that message of yours; I start with the one above.

You claim that Dominica is in crisis and she needs GODLY INTERVENTION –that may be the truth!

But you should know that God is Spirit, who said I AM WHAT I AM–this means that He will be who He has to be through a PHYSICAL MEDIUM to do His work for everyithing good in Life for His people

Pastor, according to the Bible, you may have a gift of the Spirit from God, so that by the Power of His Holy Spirit, God would do the work He appointed you to do–God cannot fail.

But since you are saying that God has not yet intervened, then why is that so?

    • There is one or two reasons, for that mishap

      (1) It may be that you have disobeyed God’s command– by not following the guidance of His Spirit; as you go on to do things you own way for your own delight–Pastor Sir, God cannot work through no one who will not maintain a sincere heart. Your message here, is very much like those kinds of people.

      (2) Here is what Paul says to us at Romans 10: 14-15

“How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent?

But today man decides that Leadership in the Church is a job–they go into that job without God’s appointment, hence they cannot do God’s work, because He did not appoint them to do that work.

So who has failed in this process? It is man himself , priest, pastor, preacher, bishop, or pope–there is no other excuses, whatsoever.

    • Here are a few more observations that needs to be addressed

      (1) “We have been in prayer for this nation”—– If that is true it means that God has not yet attended to that petition; but without the lack of faith, trust, and hope in God’s authority He will do nothing; it is one thing to pray, but it is another thing to pray sincerely

      (2) “Dominica has departed from “the truth of God and equity” with the church lulled into sleep” —The question is: Who is Dominica and who is the Church? As far as I know the CHURCH and the PEOPLE are ONE–so who has departed from God, if not the whole Nation?

      (3) “Whenever God is absent the enemy the devil seizes the opportunity to unleash his fury”—-

That statement does not refer to all in general-there is a sideline. If God is absent, He made His exit from the Servants whom He appointed in the first place–that would includes this pastor and his group, who may not be sincere in serving God; no doubt!

      • (4) “During and prior to that time, the church in this nation to a large extent HAD BEEN LULLED TO SLEEP through gifts and the promise of status

This part makes the message a futile concern; a grudge in the heart of that pastor. He has exposed the truth of his heart to people with the ability of spiritual discernment–far more for a God who knows the heart of man inside and out.

I am saying that, if he and his groups was receiving those gifts, he would have kept quiet. So here we may have TWO WRRONGS which do not MAKE A RIGHT

        (5) And as a consequence the church’s standards and message have been compromised thus stifling the church’s corporate response in a period of national crisis.”

What does he mean by that! Who should have the highest authority? If the leaders of those churches were paying attention to the commands of God and to do them–not what they decide to do on their own, how could they be weakened by man’s authority? That cannot be!

    • And so, in general, I can perceive nothing good in this message, but personal opinion and grievances against the present government of Dominica–for whatever reason that may be.

In Dominica we have a things that says (voyae mapwee) it means speaking against someone or people without mentioning their name or names–according to one of us here; that is exactly what this pastor has done.

As far as I can see, he is addressing his personal conflict against the government –the talk, talk, talk; saying let us this, let us that, and let us the other, is still empty talk.

Unless everyone who has a responsibility will adhere to their job and to stop interfering with the responsibility of other persons –we will remain in square one and getting from worst to worse in that position

Everyone is looking for fame and fortune, but that privilege is not for everyone–where man and his desire is concerned. We can only receive what God has planned for us.

  10. March 15, 2016

This is a timely comment by Pastor Cameron Robin. Some so called religious leaders have gotten into the ministry not to be a catalyst of change but for their personal gain, no wonder the devil is causing havoc in our society today. Presently we are seeing a degrading society while the church leaders and their families are enjoying hefty salaries They no longer want to go out and win the lost for God. They distance themselves from society and build themselves a comfort zone within the churches four walls. The very same members who provide the income to the church are not allowed to know the pastors salary. They invite overseas ministers in an attempt to disguise their personal agenda. The word of God says that the believers are the salt of the earth and if they loose their savor they are good for nothing and will be trampled under the feet of men. Therefore the prevalence of the cuurent situation is directly related to the standard of church leadership.

Brilliant job pastors! Your response gives me hope and reminds of when God told Elijah “Yet I have left me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed unto Baal” 1King 19:18.

Though I like the article I feel when shooting we need to be straight shooters. For example, you should be clear here: “In 2014, the Lord revealed to one of his servants among us that a portal of darkness was opened over the nation through a covenant made with the enemy.”

You should have told us in layman language the covenant made with satan, who made it and how. The preaching of the gospel should be clear living no questions. I guess you referring to when PM Skerrit publicly joined the illuminiati here in Dominica, and was not rebuked by the church.

Also, I wonder if pastors like BJ, Merril Wallace, Bobbles, St. Claire, John, Peter R and others are part of the Fellowship, since they all once preached against illuminatis, and now they silent in the name of spiritual advisor me foot

This church business is so corrupt and confusing that it is pathetic to see the majority of our people go around in deceit by the so-called pastors, preachers, evangelists, priests and what have you and don’t know how to find their way because they depend on men to lead them. Men, who have their own agenda, and the agenda of the leaders of government at heart. The church is an institution that was founded by men, who state that they are called by god. Well, this god must be very confusing because there are so many different denominations that the masses do not even know which one is really telling the truth because each one has a different message. Why are there so many avenues to get to god which is just a german word?
My people, many have come and gone in the name of the lord but it seems like things are getting from bad to worse in society as a whole. If religion was so good why is it that so many are catching hell? The more religion, the more hell. What good is religion, really?

I have stated many times on this forum that Africans were not a religious people but spiritual. RELIGION was forced on our fore-parents by their captors. They were forced to become CHRISTIANS!!!!!!!! It is said that the slave masters went to Africa with the gun and the bible and asked the natives to close their eyes and pray. When the natives opened their eyes, they had the bible and the slaves masters had the gun. Some say that Africans sold their own into slavery but imagine what would happen if they didn’t!
My people, it is high time that our eyes start to open and shake the slave masters’ religions off.
Some of the pastors may know certain truths but rather than telling the masses the truth, they continue to keep them blinded by the words of the slave masters.
This situation is so clear to see but the blindness will continue as long as people continue to depend on that book (the bible) to guide them. The only place the bible will lead one to is Europe.

Regardless of what is happening in the world around us, we are one I his sight… he created us all. The enemy of our soul is the one who is causing strife and hatred. Using those of us who are open to his wiced agenda of separation, hatred, lawlessness, disrespectful Ness and all the other foolishness around us. When you find Christ, you will be surprised how you will love all and sundry even those who hurt you. Your hatred will turn to feeling sorry for Christ feels sorry for us ( hence Mercy and Grace) after he died for our sins. He does not want anyone of us to perish but we have to take the first step to repent, turn from our wicked ways and have a personal relationship with him.

AMEN PASTOR Cameron. I mention in a post a few days ago that I saw a dark cloud over the nation of Dominica. and i call on all the leaders of the churches and pastors to rise up and pray. God reveal the same message to you. The spirit of God is one. The people in government has sell Dominica to the devil and yes that is why all these things are happening. We as believers need to stand up and claim back our country from the evil one. As the children of Israel march around the wall of Jericho seven time the wall fall down. Yes let us rise up and do as Pastor Cameron say. These are not his words but the word from God. God gave him this revelation. we thank God for pastor Cameron who will stand up as a true man of God and speak the truth. Who have ears to hears let him hear. Who have eyes to see let him see.

    • March 16, 2016

The nation is in crisis because the church has been lulled to sleep.

This message from Pastor Cameron Robin on behalf of The Northern Pastors Fellowship may be accurate.
I am not in a position to evaluate it because I have not been to Dominica. Pretty much all I know of the country is what I have learned from DNO.

However, the same problems exist in Canada within many evangelical churches. Our nation is in a state of moral decline. What I write applies – not only to Dominica – but to Canada and every other nation where such situations exist.

Any nation or people will slide into moral decline and be swept away with corruption, sexual immorality, fraud, and drug abuse if church leaders fail to speak out against sin, preach the gospel, teach holiness, and maintain Bible standards for membership in their churches.

Pastors (and evangelists) are called to be God’s watchmen on the wall. They are to proclaim the uncompromised Word of God.

      Sincerely, Rev. Donald Hill.

The church has gone to sleep because polytheism and paganism is the order of the day.

Since in Europe Christianity has become bankrupt by killing its scientist, created chaos in the European society that gave birth to secularism and Atheism.

Christianity is more about emotional hype and tradition rather than rationality and spiritual development. How can someone believe in a concept such as trinity, say it is a mystery hence one has to believe this by faith?

Christianity is a false religion. I invite Dominicans to get a copy of the Holy Quran, open your minds and investigate earnestly about Islam instead of what the media dictates to us.

With religion and denomination everyone thinks thier idea is right and everyone else is wrong. The media is not making up sharia law, nor dressing women like aliens nor is it making up the deep hatred that exist btw sunni and sheites, salaphis and all the other tribal and Muslim sect\’s , nor is it making up the evils that Christians are guilty of. Islam is False too, They do not know the name of the true GOD and is worshiping a Demonic idol from the KAABA. You worship a star of Remphan and a stone.. The Bible say that you should not worship things in the heaven above nor the earth beneath, it is an abomination.

You people never cease to amaze me. Who are some of the richest men in the United States? Pastors. Who are some of the most corrupt and perverted men in the United States? Pastors. So Pastor Robin we could generalize and say that the pastors are doing the work of the so called enemy. It is high time you pastors stop being such hypicrites. What about the pastor in the north who had a long standing affair with a young lady right under the nose of his wife? You people! All of a sudden you want to come and talk.

Are pastors in Dominica rich? There are a lot of pastors in Dominica that are struggling to get a salary at the end of the month. Why don’t you focus on the message, rather than attacking the messenger? Are we in America? Why are you drawing so many references to American pastors? Are all pastors corrupt and pervert? There are good and bad people in every group: pastors, police service, lawyers, teachers, etc etc. The fact is, I happen to know this pastor very well, and I can assure you, he is no hypocrite.

Tell it like it is ..why don’t you just relax and let the men/women of God speak . The nation and the world needs God’s cleansing right now. If a pastor fell from grace that is between he and God. That does not mean others cannot speak and declare what is happening as sinful and disturbing . Relax, Repent and Get your house in order .. It is very unfair and evil of you to put all of them in the same category. there are still pastors who refuse to be bought and they will tell it like it is even though people like you try to pull them down, but guess what you cannot stop a true man of God.

Well said Pastor. Hope that your other brothers follow you and face the facts.

It is true that the Politicians put the church to sleep. I am a catholic and the catholic church went to sleep after the donation for the Cathedral roof and the anointment made by the church to our PM. Finally diplomatic status, duty free concession and other political favours to the evangelical pastors cause them to fall a sleep also. What a shame.

The church does not need to wait on the government to start offering help for the afflicted. In fact, in the good old days the church was the one offering healthcare, education, mental facility, and care for the poor because the government did not care and when they do have alternative motivation. Look at the convent and all the Catholic schools on island, the hospital still have sisters because it was runned by the church, the home for aged and grotto. I could list a ton of programs the church has done that still exist today. They have lost thier impact once government becomes involved. The church goal is salvation for all. Politicians goal is power at all cost, even if it means using our once independent organizations. Enough said..

All of you those so called preachers keep talking the same old nonsense, its as if you got up and said let me write a speech better than that of the other guy! The fact is your problem is simply this, all of you have departed from the word of God, you do not teach, nor preach the word of God!

More than half of you are unable to explain to your congregation what is written in the word God, and the reason for that is God did not call you to preach.

Hence, Your business becomes religious philosophy: “well I am Methodist, I am Adventist, I am Pentecostal, I am Catholic this is what we believe ; and the circus of philosophy of your religious belief takes precedence over what is the most essential, and what is paramount, and that is the word of God!

When I was a little boy I went to the Methodist Church in Wesley sometimes while I was forced to be Catholic, when my father died I went to his funeral service held in the same Methodists building, the first thing I noticed was an old board with four hymns which the sang, and has been singing for more than a hundred years! They were posted there from the inception of that Building, only an example.

The Bible teaches people prosperity, and how to get rich, you preachers, teach people that there is nothing wrong to be poor, and you tell them to be rich in sprit is what life is about, and they will get their due on the other side when they are dead. Meanwhile they are suffering financially!

With no after walking out of the church after you stretch the collection plate and take their few pennies, they leave with no hope; and no concept of what thus saith the Lord, so people continue to operate according to what they believe is right, according to their personal will, and not on the…

That’s a blatant lie regarding the same 4 hymns. I know for a fact that each preacher who preaches that Sunday choose their hymns based on the passage of scripture and the message in their sermon. DNO needs to revoke your privileges you’re becoming an even bigger nuisance than before. When was the last time you visited Wesley?

    • Francisco Etienne-Dods Telemaque
      March 15, 2016

      ” With no”

That should read: after walking out of the church after you stretch the collection plate and take their few pennies, they leave with no hope; and no concept of what thus saith the Lord, so people continue to operate according to what they believe is right, according to their personal will, and not on the will power of God; so what do you expect!

You teach poverty, to people: you are not capable of what is written according to the process of prosperity, and wealth.

God said; he is the one who make people rich, and in his words he told use how to get rich. Think of Abraham, the Bible spells out how much money he had in Gold Silver, Sheep Cattle, and all other animals, man and woman servants. So why Dominica is such a poor place, to explain that I would have to bring politics into it, and I will not be kind about so I quit!

Why can’t you get it into your head that the Dominica that you knew is not the Dominica of today. All those weird analogies that you use from your memory of Dominica are really unacceptable. Perhaps those days you describe were the days.

I suggest you take a trip home if you still consider it home so that your references can be a bit more relevant to this time and place. You just might be pleasantly surprised.

      • Barbara I could not agree with you more.

We stay away from our homeland for decades and all we hear or read about is doom and darkness, and we easily accept it–especially when we ourselves are stock in livings choices–such as debts and other lifestyles, which we cannot deal with, wherever we are now residing

If I had not been to Dominica, twice within the last 8 years; 2008 and 2013–I would be worried sick today, pertaining to the things which I am reading on DNO and another forum; because I do not want to die in Toronto, Canada, where I now reside–I want to return to my homeland.

But today, none of those things can faze me–especially that I know most of those situation are blown out of proportion, for all sorts of selfish personal reasons–see my input above to this news article.

Fool, I was not born yesterday, but I am sure the four hymns were still posted on the wall on the same vanished plaque which still hangs there from the inception of the building!

If that plaque is not hanging there today, they must have removed it after I attended my late father funeral.

Be reminded, if DNO suppress my privilege from writing my opinions on there website, I will not be hurt: you know why? I cannot be contained.

Wow, I never thought I would hear something like that in Dominica. Well done, I do congratulate you on this statement which I believe is as close to the truth as it possibly could get.
We as citizen of this nation need to follow on from this now not only from a spiritual point of view but also as far as our civic duties are concerned. With that I not only mean to respect our morals and laws but also watch what this government is doing. We can not afford anymore complacency towards them and their policies. We need to start to hold them accountable. Remember, we put them where they are and it is in our power to remove them from where they are.

Pastor Robin come out. Suddenly he found his voice and in a very indiscreet manner places the blame on our social malaise on government. The church has lost its direction. The church leaders, all of them with few exceptions are drawn our from among us. So if the society is broken, then society’s leaders including the church are also broken. Period. Some pastors support PM Skerrit and his government, others hate him with a passion. There are pastors among us who love, love, love the opposition irrespective and can see nothing wrong with the opposition. Which group of pastors are right and which are wrong Pastor Robin? So to cast aspersions at some of your colleague men of the cloth, without substantiating your claim is wrong. You are simply repeating what the official opposition through their various mouth pieces are saying. Get going with your work of evangelization.

      Cookman John,

I was wondering myself on whose behalf he was talking. I thought the scriptures gave instructions to the Church and to citizens on how they should deal with the governing authorities and I believe chief among the instructions is to pray for them and to be good and loyal citizens. Can some of the pastors on some of the radio stations claim to be doing that? Some of them sound even more rabid that the worst politicians!

Of course, the scripture also says to render to Caesar what is Caesar’s and to God what is God’s, so when Caesar expects what belongs to God the men of God and all of us must tell Caesar where to get off. But the men of God must always speak and act responsibly.

Can Pastor Robin give an example of the partiality and unfairness of the justice system? Is he one of those who listens only to one station so he has not heard of the extensive work which has been undertaken in consultation with stakeholders to update the Sexual Offences Act?

      • Barbara Saunders
        March 15, 2016

There was a press conference as recently as last week where a legal consultant engaged by government for quite a while now, along with the Attorney General was explaining all of the changes to the Act, some of them very far reaching. One employee of an organisation working in the interest of children actually expressed her pleasant surprise that so many of their recommendations had been reflected in the proposed amendments to the Act. Why then would pastor Robin be still calling for revision of the Act? How could a law passed in 1998 be described as archaic?

Frankly, with all due respect to the Pastor and his colleagues some of these comments trigger my analytical warning bells. I remember the Bishop being under fire without any pastors coming to his defence when he sought to investigate and address allegations of sexual impropriety made against one of the priests under his charge. Make up your minds brothers! Righteousness is not or should not be selective or seasonal!

Barbara, if you are still on my case, I want you to know that though I am not a theologian student, I have studied the word of god for myself: As it is written in the word of God ” Study to show yourself approved unto God rightly dividing the word of truth.”

Do you know why God commanded people to study his words rightly dividing the word of truth? It is for when we hear false preachers, and prophets, and idiots like you talking rubbish which is not consistent with the word of God we can rebuke your kind, and the garbage you speak about God!

You and your colleges can run off your mouths, beat your stupid gum , and dance to your personal philosophies, which may take you to hell it matters nothing to me.

What I do know matters is the word of God, anything else that is not based on the Word of God as written in the Bible is of the devil, you can hold on to that if that’s what you wish to do, but I am following the word of God, and not of any man! No preacher have a pipeline…

No preacher have a pipeline or conduit to God that I do not have; I could care less who is that professing preacher!

God is the only authority on his word, and he reveals it to those of us who diligently seek him, and pray for the understanding of his words. Remain and idiot and follow after the reverend, the father priest, bishops, pope, and elders, and all the false prophets, and don’t study his words so that you can rightly divide the word of truth from lies and false teachings, then suffer the consequences!

The Church needs to come back to a Sabbath Worship and not that of Sunday. The Sabbath still stands. Sin is the transgression of the LAW. The 4th Commandment tells us to remember the sabbath day to keep it holy now we lay it down and do all sorts and follow the Sun day that the Roman Catholic put.

Saturday or the correct name Sabbath is a special day to be observed. In the Commandments to all inhabitants on the Earth. GOD said to Remember that day to keep it Holy. Who gave the Satanic Roman Catholic Church the right to change the Day, yet still they make you worship the SUN. Everyday is alike but the Sabbath is special and if everyday was alike then the worship days would change.

DOMINICA need to recognize the true Sabbath Day, the ministers must call a solemn assembly in Roseau and Pray for the land only on this Day, close down businesses until sundown and let the nation call unto GOD and repent of our wicked ways.

Worshiping on Sunday or Sunday is irrelevant to the problems. This is a waste of time argument. Choose whatever day you want make holy. God ain\’t that petty. The Catholic Church has mass every day of the week including Saturday so if you choose to go every Saturday then you fine. Every day should be kept holy. You guys focus on minute irrelant crap.
