@Jonathan St. Jean it is all about the people heading those Associations. They do not seek to develop and seek the expertise of Dominicans at home or overseas who fully have the expertise and knowledge. We need a national training complex for all national teams equipped with Strength and Conditioning Coaches, Nutritionist, Athletic Trainers etc. We have Dominicans who are qualified and willing to offer their services. The DFA receives/received a lot of money from FIFA to develop the sport. The DFA need to use it wisely. I saw the day that Shane resigned as the National Coach.
