Dominican track athlete, Dillon Simon, has been making a name for himself at The University of Maryland Eastern Shore in the United States.

Simon has been described in an article which appears in a Maryland website, Delmarnow.com, as a man on a mission.

DNO that article was written a year and 6 months ago.

What’s the point of posting it up now? That’s not a current event.

I guess we’re supposed to applaud his accomplishments belatedly?

Nothing trying to dull the young man’s shine in anyway shape or form, but I would have been more excited if it had been reported in the same period. That is, January 2014, as can be seen from the attachment.

Excellent news. I just hope the U.S. don’t persuade him to join their squad when he improves so he can continue to represent his country of birth. Good luck anyway Dillon

We know we have a dumb Government Neo -Labour Government ( is either we sell Passport or we have to increase taxes-Medard 06/2015) but no reaasn to have dumb commentators mixing up track with field events. All citrus might be citrus but limes are dif from grapefruit.

Simpson is a field man not a track man where are the sprints or long distances mentioned? Wt throw is a field event.
