The National Rounders Committee is generally pleased of the success of the 2015 league. Notwithstanding the disruption caused by Tropical Storm Erika, the Committee was able to organize for the completion of the league in reasonable time. Dubique Strikers must be complimented for being able to overcome the devastation they endured.

Dubique Strikers must be complimented for being able to overcome the devastation they endured, stay focused, and win the Championship in grand style.

A total of 26 teams, 400 registered players and 89 league matches, are evidence of the participation and commitment of the players during the season.

It is hoped that more formal recognition will be given to the sport as it continues to attract ladies of all ages, providing them with the opportunity to have fun, socialize and keep fit and healthy in a competitive environment.

The National Rounders Committee is hoping that it will be able to attract sponsors for the 2016 league, to hopefully provide additional incentives to the many ladies who are expected to participate in the 2016 season.
