Four more pairs for domino finals

Roseau Valley leg of domino competition

Four more pairs from the Roseau Valley, have qualified for the finals of the Angostura White Oak Rum domino pairs competition.

Stanford George & Stanley Charles, Keith Panthier & Bernard George, Marcus Johnson &Joseph St. Jean and Jefferson St. Ville & Jimmy Thomas made it through in their leg of the competition held in Trafalgar on Saturday.

In the Newtown area on Sunday, five pairs also went through.   Theresa Xavier & Herald St Rose, Sylvester Xavier & Gregory Antoine, Patricia Xavier & Lyn Alexander, Manman Graham & Keith Antoine and Joseph Peter & Desmond Chaseau all booked their spot in the grand finals.

This weekend domino players from Marigot, Wesley, Woodfordhill, Bense, Anse de Mai and Calibishie will have the opportunity and are invited to do battle from 5:00pm on Saturday at Calibishie  to represent the North East at the finals. On Sunday the venue will be Lagoon, Portsmouth, from 1.00 pm for the North to include domino players from Paix Bouche, Bourne, Dos Dane, Thibaud, Vieille Case, Penville, Clifton, Cottage, Capuchin, Savanne Paille and Portsmouth.

    Wondering why one picture is bigger and brighter than the other, we need to see the faces of all the players not only those from Newtown
