Warner

Trinidad – Works and Infrastructure Minister Jack Warner admitted yesterday that the voice on an exclusive video posted on the Internet by the Telegraph newspaper in London was his voice.

In the video, Warner urged fellow Caribbean officials to accept US$40,000 cash gifts from Mohamed bin Hammam, a former presidential candidate for world football governing body FIFA.

Warner was at the time speaking at a meeting of the Caribbean Football Union on May 11 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Port-of-Spain, in the run-up to FIFA’s presidential elections.

Today there is no piousness instead what we have is “By Us ness” The priest, pastors , Bishop are all caught up in this world of “By US Ness” As soon as the execute the “By Us Ness” the moral conscience of the nation goes into turmoil and their tongues get so heavy they drool over the gifts and offerings that they receive and politicians run around free from sin and condemnation

Talk about Bold Face – These corrupt politicians make me sick to my stomach. The Caribbean basin is now a hot bed of corrupt politicians, Lawyers, judges. The guy is caught on tape and he still trying to blame others and claiming to have a rational or reason. Without the tape he would deny now there is a tape he blaming others.
The Caribbean people must stand up and put a stop to this corruption- this plague is all over the Caribbean. From St Kitts to Dominica to Trinidad , Jamaica, Barbados Antigua; The Caribbean people need to rise up and it should take just one island to spark the trend. Dominica surprisingly is known around the Caribbean as the island with one of the most corrupt regime, maybe we should set the trend and show the Caribbean people that we are not docile as Tony Astaphan would like others to believe.

Interestingly I was at the airport yesterday and ran into the lying master on his way to the US and my traveling companions ( from different islands) surprisingly ask- “ is that the guy who is said to be ringing in the dough from corrupt politicians” I had no choice but to bow my head in shame and say yes that’s him.

Hola do you have facts or are you repaeating what you hear. I am fed up of persons who make certain comments without even have hard facts. Good things never go around but I can just say something negative or bad about you Hola and watch out you will hear who repeating even they do not have a clue of what is being said. We have to be careful of what we repeat without proof.

Colonel Patrick Roland John (born 7 January 1938) was the Prime Minister of Dominica as well as the Premier of Dominica. During his premiership Dominica gained independence from the United Kingdom and he became the first Prime Minister of Dominica. He was a successful trade union leader and a mayor of Roseau before taking on prime ministerial duties. After mass protest forced him to resign, John unsuccessfully attempted to overthrow the government of Prime Minister Eugenia Charles with the backing of white supremacist groups (in what became dubbed “Operation Red Dog”). As a result, he was jailed for twelve years.

Following his release from prison, John, formerly a member of the Dominica national football team, became a local football administrator. In 1992 he was elected President of the Dominica Football Association (DFA). Under his leadership the DFA became a FIFA affiliate in 1994. He served as President until 2006, when he was voted out of office by the local football fraternity. In 2007 he was inducted into the CONCACAF Hall of Fame. In May 2008 he was re-elected as President of the DFA.[1] The DFA administrative headquarters is named “Patrick John Football House” in honour of John.

Boy, after sitting down there and listening to Warner’s rant about being pious and all that, PJ still gets up and ask the man when he going to run to be the head of FIFA.

True, you never see smoke without fire. You can really tell about a man by the company he keeps.

Jack, please tell the Dominican public- when you decide to speak that is. Did the DFA under “Patrick” accept the bribe money – the US $40,000.00 package? The promised Tsunami in FIFA might just kick off in Dominica. Please Jack tell us the Dominican public we really want to know so that this mater can come to an end. We are speculating, but we cannot prove anything. We do not want to be guilty of the same crime as others – conferring guilt based on mere speculation and suspicion. You must be a witness of truth Jack. Whatever you say has to be the truth.
