Results of games played in the Lime National Basketball League over the weekend

Saturday’s Games

Game 1- Kubuli/Vitamalt Division 1 – Goodwill Starz 76 points to Morne Prosper Ballers 62 points, top scoring for Starz were Daynes Peter 32 points and Jeffrey Gregoire  13 points while Emile Cadeau 17 points and Lyndel Mayers 12 points for Morne Prosper.

Game 2- Domlec Premier Division – A game high 35 points by veteran Earl Mathew could not prevent the Paix Bouche Eagles loosing again to the United Insurance Sharks of Scotshead. Final scores Sharks 92 points to Eagles 66 points, top scoring for Sharks were Royce Ceasar 23 points and Neverson JnoBaptiste 21 points while Tony Joseph 12 and Abishiah Thomas 9 points assisted Earl Mathew.

Sunday’s Game in Paix Bouche

Game 1 – Kubuli/Vitamalt Division 1 – Cornfield Hoyas of Portsmouth had an easy victory over the Police Sports club winning by 28 points, final scores Cornfield Hoyas 74 points to Police 46 points. Top scoring for Hoyas were Kerbin Nathan 17 points , Iroy Brooks and Cameron Paul both had 14 points while Andy Celaire was the only player on Police to have double figures with 14 points.

Game 2 – Saw the home team Paix Bouche Snipers go down to the Ian Douglas Patriots of Portsmouth by 1 point. Final scores Patriots 76 points to Snipers 75 points, top scoring for Patriots were Marlon Hilaire 28 points and Teddy Rivierre 15 points while Dave Alexis had a game high 32 points and Lenin Paul 18 points for the Snipers.

Games will continue this week in the Lime National Basketball League with two games in Massacre.

Game 1- 7.00pm National Youth Team vs. NBD Original X-Men
Game 2 – 9.00pm No Look vs. Dr Mac Prowlers.
