The Lambert Henderson Cricket League, sponsored by the Dominica National Lottery bowls off in earnest on March 26 and 27 at the Geneva Playing Field in Grand Bay, after an understandable break for the Carnival Festivities and the staging of the WICB Windward Island/English Lions Fixture scheduled for March 17 – 20.
In the Ball-o-rama that was held February 27, Unity B of Grand Bay were the winners and the other participating teams were Dr. Darroux’s Pacers, Bar Fond Point, Pichelin, DNC Pharmacy, Strikers and the National Women’s Team.
Those teams and others expecting to take part in the League are reminded that registration can still be paid to the League organizers and March 23 will be the deadline for registration.
The Lambert Henderson League Committee expects that clubs, teams, players, and the communities including, Bellevue, Pichelin, Grand Bay, Tete Morne, Dubique, Bagatelle, Fond St. Jean and Petite Savanne will work together with the organizers to make the 15th Lambert Henderson Cricket League a success.
