Over the past few days, some amazing and spectacular clouds have been making their appearances over Dominica.The clouds have produced dramatic sunsets which have had many onlookers in awe.
Viola Pascal of the Dominica Met Office explained that these types of clouds can occur at any time of the year as long as the right conditions exist.
“It can happen at any time of the year, once you have the right conditions meaning that you have enough moisture going through all the levels of the atmosphere …” she stated.
She said the clouds that are presently being seen are mid-level clouds called Altocumulus and their appearance can be credited to a trough system which is in the area.
“Altocumulus are small layers or patches of clouds called ‘cloudlets’ in the shape of what we would say round clumps,” she explained to Dominica News Online on Tuesday. “They could be either white or gray …”
She said they are formed in areas of sinking air and are made up of a combination of water droplets and ice crystals.
But don’t expect any ice crystals to come falling on Dominica since the crystals form only because of the altitude of the clouds.
“Because of their height …some ice will be formed as well,” Pascal stated.
She noted that Dominica is being affected somewhat by the trough system and multi-layered clouds are formed.
“Multi-layer in the sense that you have clouds from the lower level all the way up to the very high levels … so it’s like a mixed sky,” she explained. “There is a lot of moisture around. A lot of moisture, yes, but we are not having much rainfall that is why it is so hot these days.”
Pascal went on to say the presence of the cloud could be a sign of bad weather.
“Why it can be an indication of bad weather? Normally you won’t have those clouds around if you don’t have a lot of moisture in the atmosphere and most time the moisture is a precursor to more rainfall,” she explained.
But don’t start panicking because luckily, Pascal explained, Dominica is on the outskirts of the trough system.
“In a sense bad weather is indeed taking place but more over the northern section of the island chain, that is north of Guadeloupe going up to Antigua and those areas,” she remarked. “In a sense, bad weather is close by but we are on the fringes of the activity.”

listen at night people. planes flying low (especially over the portsmouth areas) they are spraying us. this is real we need to start to educate our self. commercial airlines do not fly so low in the day and definitely not at night. they are killing us and our environment slowly
These are not your usual passenger airliners for the most part, through the makers of jet fuel are told at times to add certain substances. These are either government issued aircraft or flown by private pilots for specific straying. Their planes have canisters of substances on them and they are told to spray certain areas. The US Air Force is heavily involved in this globalist operation to destroy the atmosphere above the earth and deplete the earth of any light.
How does this help the US in anyway? They may be conducting experiments.
The study of clouds is called Nephology!

The clouds are not natural. They are chemtrail clouds produced via aerosol spraying.

Dominica is being targetted for artificial climate change. Soon, the clouds will make the sky milky most of the time and then temperatures will start to lower. Then the propaganda push will increase for our efforts to stop climate change – increased fuel charges, cutting down on consumption of any kind, lowering of our population, etc..

In Toronto, I once saw the full moon in the early hours of the morning, all-red. Some months later, late evening it looked yellow. I did not keep a record of it.
