EHS: Top local artists to perform in Portsmouth charity event

Possie Fashion ShowThe community of Portsmouth promises to come alive on Friday August 9, 2013 at the staging of the fundraising event dubbed the “Talent and Fashion Explosion”.

The highly-anticipated event, which will take place at the Memory Lane Courtyard in Portsmouth, is a collaboration between emerging community radio station Possie Vibrations, multimedia company Ambo Visuals and Memory Lane Nightclub.

In addition to runway modeling featuring clothing from local stores, a who’s who of popular local artists including Colton T, CHOEB, Nayee, Asher Thomas, 365 artists, Devine Songz and countless others have all agreed to perform voluntarily at the event, which was organized to raise funds for the Inside Possie Children of Grace Foundation Scholarship Program.

The Inside Possie Charity provides school supplies to needy children in the community of Portsmouth. Some of the proceeds will also go towards operating expenses of the non-profit community radio station.

The event starts at 8pm and will only cost a contribution of $10.00.
