I extend my deepest condolences to the Charles families and friends of the deceased as he’s on his way home and will be received by his almighty father, families and friends that have gone on before . May their souls rest in peace and perpetual light shine on them. And to those he have left behind may the peace of God bring comfort to them and to the people of the Marigot Village .
