This confirmation response required from dominica for nationals and international living in canada makes no sense. Before checking in at canada you must show a negative covid19 test mandatory or else they won’t make you check in.
Now in canada covid19 test results are now issued on 72hrs and by the time you send the results via dominica questionair for confirmation they get back to you within 24hrs. When you suppose to be travelling on the 72hrs or day 4 from taking the test so it remain valid. This doesn’t make sense. Yesterday I lost my entire flight because whiles at the airport I am waiting for dominica to send me the confirmation in my email which I got after my plane left. This whole confirmation doesn’t make sense within this 72hrs validation for the results. I called and they said they sent the confirmation and I kept checking my email in the airport everytime and nothing. Then I called back and found out that it wasn’t sent… This is rediculous! This need to be revised.
I leave in Dominica and would like to subscribe to this medium if I may. I do understand and accept that all comments has to be modified. I am hoping for a favorable response from you

I do not need your congratulations’: Skerrit to EU on Dominica’s removal from blacklist.
I am a 1st generation west Indian of Dominican descent and a Dominica national living in London, UK, and I am so proud that our prime minister, Mr Skerritt that he has not accepted any congratulations from these so called political leaders in regards Dominica being removed from EU blacklist. This behaviour of course had negative implications financially for this small island as well as besmirch its reputation as a law abbiding country and I to believe compensation is required and not congratulations for something that was totally untrue.

I totally agree. the PM has always stated that we had nothing to worry about as it pertains to this matter of the blacklist by the EU.
This is a cautionary tale for smaller economies. Sometimes you have to stand your ground.
It’s about three years since I’ve been trying to make a contribution but has been denied. I’ve asked on several occasions why that is and never got a response
