Armstrong Drigo has been charged and bailed for a shooting incident which occurred in Portsmouth on August 27.
Drigo appeared at a Portsmouth Magistrate’s court for allegedly shooting Greg Simon who sustained an injury to the groin area. He was hospitalized for two days.
Police spokesman Claude Weekes had told this online publication that ongoing investigations would have shed light on suspicions of the incident being drug-related.
Drigo was bailed with one surety with serious bail conditions attached.

The bottom line is Armstrong is a trouble maker, who is in need of some serious help, to get him out of the hole he has placed himself into. He is not a victim, when you choose a certain walk in life you have to take the falls that comes with it. We can only pray that he realises he needs a change and that he makes a step towards it. Like many so called ‘fallen soldiers’ in the past; he’ll be killed soon if he doesnt make a change. And no one is so gone that they cant be helped, all he needs is the desire to do it and a few persons to cheer him on…I pray he’ll come to that realisation before it’s too late, and that if he does, he’ll get support!!

It is about time Armstrong goes to jail and the keys thrown away. He has committed too many crimes and always seems to get away with it. He should not have been granted bail.
I am not familiar with the criminal element in Dominica, but Armstrong Drigo is one name that is certainly prominent in that scene. Is it that he is so intelligent, that his skilled maneuvers in committing crimes allows him to get caught, but still get away …? What is really going on here? Why is this guy allowed to be on the street? I am sure they know of his character. Can’t he be considered a threat to his community or something? This is appalling!
