ANNOUNCEMENT: Dominica Cancer Society Pink Day Observance

This year the Dominica Cancer Society will observe Pink Day on Thursday 15th October, 2020.
The purpose is to increase awareness about Breast Cancer as well as to raise funds to assist individuals affected by cancer to receive timely treatment.
The opportunity is also taken to educate the public about the importance of screening, leading to early detection. The overall goal is to reduce the incidents of death as a result of Breast Cancer.

The general public is encouraged to join the campaign by wearing something pink on Thursday 15th October, donate to the cause and most importantly get screened.
