When will the mobile units be in the U.K.? The announcement is addressed to all citizens residing in overseas territories but since it comes from the desk of the Ministry of National security and Home affairs we should not expect too much intelligence. My suspicion is that the new passport will be used to show to outsiders that the Dominicans brought in from neighbouring islands for the next election are genuine when they turn up at the booth. Definitely something like that and it would be far less expensive than flying in people from the USA, Canada and the U.K.
PS. Duncans law office in St. Maarten would not be Duncan Stowe’s, would it?

There’s nothing illegal about applying for your new passport from overseas, I have had to apply for my British passport while being overseas myself but I am sure Ugly Lenny, and his blue monkeys, will have a great lot to say about that!!!!!!
