Bids are always invited for peanut projects. The perfect smoke screen. Construction of Airport or construction of DLP housing no bids invited, they all go automatically to one foreign company which in my opinion is owned by Haiden and the PM. That way the company that holds our CBI money pays themselves with our money for doing these projects. No accounting and no questions asked. Are Dominicans really that dumb? I mean it’s there for everybody to see and the refusal of the double Doctor to account for the proceeds of the CBI confirms this theory. Why would he refuse to account if everything is above board? Ask yourself that simple question.

Well-loved. Like or Dislike: Thumb up 20 Thumb down 0
