    Why do we need IRC?. We only have just 60,000 people if that and even if you have one electricity meter for every two people I doubt we have much more than 30,0000 connections. Secondly it is government that pays IRC and from memory they are expensive. Thirdly we have no competition anyway so why have an expensive body like IRC. Cut it out and have an independent ombudsman instead that can investigate all citizens complaints, not only electricity. The constitution makes provision for that but still, some of us believe constitution is not for them but only lesser mortals.
