The Orion Academy seeks highly motivated and committed individuals to join our team. Below are a few areas of interest.
Areas of Interest: All subject areas. Competence in Chemistry, Physics, Social Studies, Information Technology and History will be an asset.
Minimum Educational Requirements:
- Candidate must have an associate degree or higher in the subject area.
Additional Assets:
- Prior completion of at least one year of teacher training or relevant teaching certification would be advantageous.
- Candidate has in-depth knowledge in the area of interest applied for.
- Candidate exhibits very good written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and effective communication with colleagues, students and parents.
- Candidate is proficient in utilizing technology for teaching, including an understanding of google classroom, and other digital tools used in an educational setting.
