ANNOUNCEMENT: Strictly Local event set from 8PM May 2nd

The Marigot Community Tourism Committee (MCTC) brings to you the ‘Strictly Local’ event, from 8 pm on May 2nd, 2021 live from the Mantipo Car Park in Marigot with headliner Asa Bantan!!!

This event is designed as a fundraiser to help the MCTC continue their work in enhancing the tourism product in Marigot and by extension Dominica.

Come See Afro Royalle Entertainment(Dance Company), local artist Basiq, and Wai’tuMusic Artists: Shanthie, SaiYah, Lí-LíLady Esse, Mekhel grace the stage !

Your DJs for the night: DJ Arputai and Dj Sleem !!!

The main theme of ‘Strictly Local’ is Unity! Join us as we celebrate the biggest stage for our local talents.

For those who wish to show support to the efforts of the MCTC, the event will be streamed live Payperview for 12 USD+processing.

    So is it official? That event organisers and promoters can now get back to business and throw public events? Or is it still just for one set alone? Roseau promenade on a Friday night not one mask in sight. COVID and it protocals seem to be a joke for Dominicans. Soon tourist season opening in June.
