I was very saddened to hear of Frank’s death. We were good friends back in the day at DGS.
Farewell friend
My Deepest condolences to the family. Frank and I were colleagues at St. Andrew’s High School between 1985-1988 where upon I left for studies. By then he was already a Masters degree holder and he encouraged us younger teachers so much. A great source of knowledge, very kind and always concerned about others. on my return to Dominica he was already at Ministry of Education. GREAT MAN.
MAY HIS SOUL REST IN PEACE and may his family find solace.
Mr. Newton, you have gone but will always remember you for organizing the Yearly Science Fair for the schools. It was great to work with you and to get things going. Shocked and missed you.
I am indeed shocked and saddened to learn of the passing of a great friend. We went to DGS together and did our masters degree at Reading University together. We have been bodies and a great source of encouragement to each other. I will miss him and may his soul rest in peace. My condolences to his family, loved ones, and friends.
When did he die? I worked with this man in ministry. did he die in the flood?
omg.
Noted with thanks. I am pleased of the postponement, since I would not want to have missed the send off. Frank was a great man with an infectious smile. I truly liked being around him. He never left without making me laugh.
Best wishes to the family.
