ANNOUNCEMENT
Residents within Water Area 1 (From Castle Comfort to Mero) are informed that DOWASCO is experiencing low water pressure or in some cases an unscheduled water interruption due to technical difficulties along the system.
Some of the most affected areas include Upper Glasgow, Castle Comfort, Kingshill, Morne Bruce, Upper Wall House, and Belvue Rawle.
DOWASCO also apologises to customers of Dublanc and Bioche for the unscheduled interruption in their supply on Thursday 14th March 2019. The interruption in supply was due to a damaged supply line along the West Coast.
DOWASCO regrets any inconveniences which may have been caused by the interruptions in the supply and thanks its customers and the general public for the cooperation and understanding during the process of restoring the supply.
Interesting article! I would say big thanks to you. Keep making good content.
The residents of Siboulie, Massacre….those very high up. Water reaches us at about 10 p.m to 5:30 a.m. meanwhile there are burst pipes in the are mainly on the road leading up to Siboulie. The roads have water and we don’t. Nonetheless I’m sure DOWASCO is working hard to rectify this issue….’fingers crossed’.
DOWASCO!!!!! Running water has been muddy, dirty, slow in Pottersvile and environs, please investigate this. Do not give humans water like this. Ensure your flow is healthy for all. Thank you
On that note… the persons from upper Salisbury need help too. We have only had running water once for the week thus far. And we have been having challenges since last month..
DOWASCO please help!
Let me understand this: I was in DA last month and the water supply was hit and miss. They built a new reservoir in our area, ran new lines, yet sometimes when I woke up at 6, there was no running water. I never once saw or heard of an apology for the service interruption. Does that mean that was the normal level of service the residents of the area should expect?
